“So I called customer service today to cancel my girlfriends extra line that I had on my account. The customer service lady made a mistake and cancelled my line. I went down to the metro store on TV highway by Safeway and the store manager Bianca was able to fix the problem and get my service restored.
She was extremely helpful and a lifesaver. Her customer service was beyond a five Star rating and deserves a damn raise. Thanks for saving the Bianca”

“Went here to get a repair estimate for an Xbox 360 Slim.
There is a $55 deposit beware of this, I thought it was fair for the time they took to look at it.
They found the problem but in order to proceed with the repair it would cause data loss.
I declined any further service & accepted my loss.
Thank you Aj & his team for figuring it out.
Even though I declined the repair, they went above & beyond trying to help me fix my Xbox 360 console.
