“It's irefrrshing when you go into a business to feel like they know and care about you. That they have your best interests at heart, and they're not just there to sell you anything, regardless of if it matches your needs or not, and try to make money off of you. When I feel welcome at a place I'm willing to pay a little bit more. Shane does that for his customers. He's personable, helpful and truly cares about the customer's needs. That can be a rare quality in today's workforce. Hopefully, he will be there for a long time to come.”
“We live 45 minutes away and I still drive down to this spot right here instead of other pet stores! Been seeing them for over two years now :) They are always friendly and helpful. And I absolutely love their point-system. Because I shop there for food, toys, chew sticks, etc. I’m always walking out with free goodies (including a cot for my dog at one point)! Highly recommend this spot!!”
“What a great place to bring your dog to get a bath. Though you're doing the bathing. They provide all the towels, the soap, the water, the tub in such a way where it's easy to do and you don't have all the bathtub cleanup afterwards. They offer some additional services that you may not be able to do yourself like fingernail clipping or ear cleaning or gland cleaning and things like that”
“It's an okay pet smart. The beta fish need to have their water changed. The other fish looked good. Animals looked healthy and their habits clean. I bought a regal jumping spider, plus set up. The check out lady was very nice and sweet.”
“My go to local pet store! They are properly staffed so I can always find the help I need. They have friendly, knowledgeable employees always ready to help and they take great care of the animals being sold. It’s a smaller store so sometimes inventory isn’t great with certain things but overall highly recommend this location!”
“The PetSmart was great. It had a lot of cat food, treats, toys, litter, scratching posts, and beds. The store was clean and everything was well organized. The workers were friendly. Overall good place to buy pets and there is good prices”

for dogs. Only place my dog is happy at the time to drop him off and pick him up. I have a Bichon dog and Maria gives him the best look all the time.”
