“Best grooming place for dogs. Only place my dog is happy at the time to drop him off and pick him up. I have a Bichon dog and Maria gives him the best look all the time.”

“It's irefrrshing when you go into a business to feel like they know and care about you. That they have your best interests at heart, and they're not just there to sell you anything, regardless of if it matches your needs or not, and try to make money off of you. When I feel welcome at a place I'm willing to pay a little bit more. Shane does that for his customers. He's personable, helpful and truly cares about the customer's needs. That can be a rare quality in today's workforce. Hopefully, he will be there for a long time to come.”

“Everyone that works here is so kind & helpful! We often special order a big bag of our cat’s food and they’re amazing at texting when the order is in and it’s very no hassle. They have everything your pet could need and you can tell they care about your pet based on the products they carry. I just wish they carried springs because they’re my cat’s favorite! I highly recommend this store and shopping local. Go outside and connect with people, you don’t need Chewy with a shop this good down the road.”

“What a great place to bring your dog to get a bath. Though you're doing the bathing. They provide all the towels, the soap, the water, the tub in such a way where it's easy to do and you don't have all the bathtub cleanup afterwards. They offer some additional services that you may not be able to do yourself like fingernail clipping or ear cleaning or gland cleaning and things like that”

“We live 45 minutes away and I still drive down to this spot right here instead of other pet stores! Been seeing them for over two years now :) They are always friendly and helpful. And I absolutely love their point-system. Because I shop there for food, toys, chew sticks, etc. I’m always walking out with free goodies (including a cot for my dog at one point)! Highly recommend this spot!!”

“My go to local pet store! They are properly staffed so I can always find the help I need. They have friendly, knowledgeable employees always ready to help and they take great care of the animals being sold. It’s a smaller store so sometimes inventory isn’t great with certain things but overall highly recommend this location!”

“There’s always not only friendly staff, but staff who know what they’re talking about. I like that they own fish of their own so they know how to give me the correct recommendations and the best deals to save money on products. I definitely recommend beginners to Petco.”

“I needed a new fishtank and I like PetSmart, so I went in to look. I got set up with a new tank and stand combo and a few new accessories. The sales guy was super friendly and helpful. I left a happy customer and they made a good sale.”
