“This a great store near me. My dog and I walk there to get his single ingredient jerky treats that I haven’t found at other pet stores. The people are very helpful and my dog feels much more comfortable than at a huge store.”

“Some of the cleanest clearest water iv seen in Portland area. Super small but it's obviously expanding. Owner I believe read my energy well. Didn't bother or g check me and happily sold to me invert and corals. Couple free rocks aswell.”

“My husband and I stopped by at this pet store today 01/07/24 on our way home from our two senior dogs veterinary appointment at Frontier Veterinary Hospital. We bought a road snack for our two senior dogs to share and a Yeow catnip rainbow kicker toy for our cats. The store associate was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This is our first time shopping at the Orenco Station and we have shopped at the Beaverton, Sherwood and McMinnville location. I will attest that our interactions with the store associates with each aforementioned city has been positive. The store associate left a good impression on both me and my husband. We will definitely come back to shop at this pet store again in the future. Kudos to Olivia the cashier that rang our two purchases today. Keep up the awesome customer service!”

“This place is great and they really do care about the dogs! They let me schedule my first D shedding for both my dogs Stormy and Sky. Both of my dogs did really well and the staff were very friendly and kind to them. When I dropped them off the groomer clarified with me that I did not want any haircut on them and I said no do not cut any hair on them. However, when I came back to get my dogs skies, Grinch toes had been shaved off one of my favorite parts about her, and she had long blonde highlights on her haunches that had also been taken off. I was heartbroken as she will be in my wedding and I love her blonde highlights (she is red and black, a red golden mixed with an Australian shepherd). Due to wedding stress I ended up coming back in and bawling in front of the sweet staff because I was Heartbroken over losing her beautiful highlights and I told them the guy had asked and then specifically promised not to cut anything. The ladies were so understanding and non judgemental at all! They said they would work on their communication and that they would add a note to not cut Sky’s hair anymore unless I ask for it. They even gave me a credit and said they would let the manager know what happened. Skys toe fluff will hopefully grow back in time for the wedding…her haunch hair probably won’t be very long though. But I am new to getting them bathed for me and am happy that no one in there thought I was silly. In their defense almost no one will notice skys highlights missing, and she does look really good and groomed… I just really am sad that her blonde feet are gone (she likes me holding her paws and petting them). I’m still giving 5 starts and am definitely coming back, mainly because they were understanding and kind about it♥️ and did not make fun of me for crying.”

I feel like I am able to find good quality products and am valued as a customer rather than just being another dollar in the bank. Friendly service and a great selection of different products. “Great local shop. They have fresh pupcakes and tons of clothing. 99% of their items are small business or locally sourced so expect to pay a little more but everything is quality and is worth the price. If you don't want to go to hillsboro catch their pupcakes at the beaverton farmers market on Saturdays”

“I was greeted at the door by a friendly cashier and then greeted again by another employee. That was nice. The store had a lot of choices for me to pick from (for what I was looking for).”

“Both our dogs were groomed. One is very old, deaf and doesn’t see well. I was recovering from surgery.our groomer he saw me struggling just a little and came to help. She did wonderful bathes and they were delighted instead of mad! She then helped me back in the car and told me next time let her know I’m there and she would “ fetch “ them. I do hope you can keep her.”

“I come here to get my cats their wet and dry food only. But every time I go (2x's per month) the customer service has always been great and the employees are always friendly. I'm sad though that they discontinued their treat trail program.”

“Came here for dog grooming and I must say that I am very impressed. My dog looks amazing. The best she's looked in years! I had tried other groomers and they had always made me feel concerned that my dog was a difficult one (anxious). I've gone to pick her up at other groomers and had issues where the groomer either skipped out on cutting and washing her face and butt or clipping her nails. As a result, I would groom her myself and do a poor job at it because I lack the tools and expertise. When I brought my dog here today, she was in pretty bad shape. There were several matted spots, lots of hair in and under her ears. Overall, the coat was spotty and lop-sided after at-home grooming for around 2 years during the pandemic. Nonetheless, Hallie (the groomer) managed to listen to my concerns about my dog without showing any judgement. I dropped off my dog at 4 pm and got called at around 7:30 pm that she was done. Expectations were low, but when I saw my dog come out through the back, I couldn't help but smile. Hallie managed to transform my dog into a cute, undeniable ball of fluff. Not only have I ever been this pleased with a grooming job, but also this proud of my dog. My dog looks fancy! Thank you so much Hallie.”
