Switching over to Open Farm dog kibble, and was given an info sheet to understand the timeline and ratio of each food during the change.The lavender coat spray has been my favorite dog bath supply, it smells incredible!My pups always love when I visit Mud Bay cause they can smell the treat samples as I’m walking through the door ??They donate good condition returned products to local shelters, and that is such an amazing policy!”

“I have been working with Bret from the very start of my Saltwater adventure and he has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process! He has quite the selection of items and is constantly getting in new stock. I have never had a sick fish from his store or any problems with my corals. This week I was lucky enough to snag a rock covered with a selection of corals and some live rock to build up the tank some more. I would highly recommend this fish store to anyone looking for a friendly, honest, and clean fish store.”

“I've been buying from Nature's Pet for a few years. It's conveniently located and I can just stop during a walk. My golden retriever loves the training treats and she goes crazy for the freeze dried raw food. Haven't seen any of those 2 articles anywhere else! The staff is nice and my dog always gets a treat.”
“Great local shop. They have fresh pupcakes and tons of clothing. 99% of their items are small business or locally sourced so expect to pay a little more but everything is quality and is worth the price. If you don't want to go to hillsboro catch their pupcakes at the beaverton farmers market on Saturdays”
“Was originally going to leave a 2 star because my fiancé and I had been talking about getting a lizard for quite a while. We finally decided to do it and looked at five separate stores see which one we liked we found the one we LOVED here. We told staff we wanted to adopt that older lizard and they told us she would be waiting at the counter while we shopped for equipment.Somehow as the staff was grabbing her for us the staff lost the lizard and could not find it. After waiting for about an hour we had given up hope but still wanted to buy the equipment so we could get another one. We asked if we could have a discount given that they lost the lizard we REALLY wanted. The manager agreed and as we were checking out the original staff yelled that she found the lizard. The manager still honored the discount he had offered and gave us a discount on the lizard. That fact he honored the discount and the staff never stopped looking for her says a lot. We are very happy with her and thankful the staff working that day were so awesome!!!”

I had an amazing experience at PetSmart thanks to an employee named Justin. He truly went above and beyond to help me. Justin took the time to help me find new supplies and carefully guided me through everything I needed for my new puppy. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood what would be best rather than just rushing me through the store.
What really stood out was how kind and genuine he was. Bringing home a new puppy can feel overwhelming, but Justin made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. His guidance and care meant a lot to me, and it’s clear he truly loves what he does.
PetSmart is very lucky to have Justin on their team. Because of him, I left feeling confident, prepared, and grateful. I highly recommend asking for him if you need help—he made a real difference for me. Although all Employees are sweet and nice but I really want to give Justin his flower, because his act really touched me. Thank You.”
