“This is still the best pharmacy in PDX area. The pharmacists here are indispensable and very eager to help. I've seen how generous the pharms and techs are when helping elderly patients. The techs communicate well and go above and beyond to help source my meds.
Filling my meds is otherwise chaotic due to shortages, so it actually improves my quality of life to depend on a team like this.

“Walgreens photo shop app is so easy to use. I'm not technology savvy but this app is so easy to use. The app allows you to choose different types of products (I made collages). The app will tell you if your picture isn't clear or will show blurry etc. You choose the size, border color if wanted, totals product and is ready within the hour. You pay when you pick your pictures up.”
“I'm in the process of transferring a prescription to Genoa HC Beaverton because CVS has been out of stock multiple times for different prescriptions I've needed, and this time I'm leaving town and need it asap. From the first phone call, which they answered immediately without a phone tree or AI guessing game, they have been lovely, kind, caring, and actually make sure I have the information I need to make the transfer happen smoothly. “Pamela was very kind and helpful the first time I used this pharmacy. I’m sure it’s a stressful time with the uptick in customers due to other nearby pharmacy closings, so I’m grateful for an easy process. Though I know not everyone experiences that. Looking at reviews maybe I got lucky, but there’s at least a few competent and helpful people behind the counter and that should be known.”

Almost always they will have my prescriptions ready when they promise to. On occasion, it's even early.
It's quite handy. I park just outside the door... walk a few steps and I'm at the counter.
Many pharmacies recognize me.
They too are very friendly and professional.”

“It's been a month since my last review. I wanted to come back here with a positive update. I put in a request to refill a medication that was previously very difficult to get filled. I did not get the usual message that this medication is out of stock, so after a few days I called the pharmacy. A person answered the phone!!! This was great! Previously the phone would ring and loop into the same repeat message, so I was happy to speak to a live person. This person told me the medication will be ready the following day. Sure enough, I checked my Rite aid app the next day and it was ready to be picked up. I appreciate the efforts for improvement Rite Aid. Thank you.”
“Was pleasantly surprised of how well the layout of this Walgreens was, It was easy to navigate throughout the store. Plus there were tons of great deals and lots of items on Clearance, For example I didn't know they carried my favorite perfume brand and usually it's $60 online and here they had a deal on it and I only paid $27 for it. They had a variety of items so I did do a little shopping for gifts in the future. Mostly everyone that was coming in headed straight to the pharmacy to pick up their prescriptions. There is no one really at the photo booth area it was dead silent. On my way to check out the cashier did their job. I would recommend coming here cause you never know you might find some deals Or a clearance item that you really wanted.”

I had an excellent experience at the Walgreens pharmacy on Murray & Scholls Ferry Road. Jenny was the first person who helped me, and she went above and beyond. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me resolve an issue with updating my insurance. She even helped clear up a problem with my old insurance, which I really appreciated.
When it came time to finalize the transaction, another pharmacy team member named Brittany (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong!) stepped in and was just as helpful and customer-focused. Both of them made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Every time I come to this pharmacy the entire staff delivers exceptional service. They consistently go out of their way for customers, and experiences like this are why I will continue filling my prescriptions here. Thank you to the whole team”
