U-Haul Storage of Beaverton provides truck rentals and moving services. The staff is frequently described as wonderful, professional, polite, understanding, and helpful. One manager in particular receives consistent praise for making every visit a breeze and ensuring customers are successful. The office is noted as spotless and easy to find. Experiences with vehicle pickup can vary. Some customers report very smooth and fast service, with friendly employees and clean, new vans. Others note that trucks can sometimes smell a bit or look dirty, though this is acceptable to some. The process typically involves confirmations and can require providing an emergency contact. A nearby gas station is convenient. While some past reviews are negative, many customers find their actual experience to be smoother than expected, with efficient drop-offs. Parking instructions may sometimes direct customers to a neighboring lot.
I tried to do the self pickup with my phone, but it was a bit complicated and clunky so I ended up just going inside, having wasted about 10 minutes trying to get it figured out. Once inside, the pickup went fairly smoothly. Perhaps if i had the mobile app it would have been already set up.
