“Went in for a service repair on my 2020 Raptor, rear differential was out, I had the front differential replaced at Courtesy Ford Lincoln in Portland (they never checked on my rear diff even though it had noise) that said Bryant was fantastic, professional, and communicative. The dealer got me set up in a rental car and the work was done within 5 days. A fully rebuilt rear differential was done in 5 days. They were phenomenal! I will be getting my vehicles serviced from here from now on”
“It is unheard of to go buy a car and leave 2 1/2 hours later. It is also unheard of to have such personable and a ton of service. This dealership was absolutely pristine, low pressure, casual, and very personable. I had Skye helping me purchase a car, and AJ helped with the deal. Both approaches were awesome. I am really very pleased and relieved because I had a very difficult experience at another dealership before I came in. It was Easter Sunday and it was an amazing experience to purchase my first Range Rover. I feel like I was led to this hidden gem of a dealership.
