“We visited Brock Automotive for routine maintenance and to have them do a front end inspection/alignment after my wife hit an object that fell in the road. They immediately identified damage that was caused by the impact (a bent wheel) and let me know right away. They have a fantastic inspection program, emailing you with photos and video to back up their findings. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to do the other maintenance I requested even though they couldn't follow through with the alignment until the wheel is replaced. Labor cost was very fair for the work performed, and we will definitely consider them for future work.”

“Great customer service. Very helpful and easy to work with and schedule. The mobility of the technicians to come to where the vehicle is parked is such a convenience for even the busiest of people with full schedules. I work nights and was able to schedule the detail, make arrangements for vehicle access and paid my invoice without having to go in or even talk on the phone. Very responsive to texts/email promptly. Very little wait time for anything. They are also very skilled at what they do. Not only does my new car look like it just came packaged from the dealership, there were a few environmental scratches that they were able to buff and polish out and everything looks completely blemish free. “My regular auto shop that I go to get oil changes didn't have the correct materials for my Acura RDX transmission so I called Import Auto Repair to see if they could take care of me. They took down my information and let me know that I could wait for the car but that it might take awhile which was no problem. I was also offered a ride service for $35 which I declined. I arrived at 8AM and Michael immediately took my car back. The wait was no problem. The cost was exactly what they quoted me on the phone for a drain & fill transmission service. They were very nice and efficient and professional and I will definitely be back for any Acura needs in the future.”

“I could not be happier with this body shop. I drive a 2008 Ford Mustang and she is my baby. When I got hit by a random worker in a ceremetary they accepted fault but they totaled my car. Heitzman Body and paint put her back together. She is dang near perfect. Also the customer service there was impeccable. Even though I was annoying and I called a bunch of times to check on my baby. I couldn't be happier. If I could give them more than five stars I would! ❤❤”

“Had to get my Camaro 1LE realigned after redoing the rear suspension. They were booked a week out.
I show up to my appointment and waited in the lobby. The mechanics were having a hard time with another customer’s car that was ahead of me. They did not get to my car for an hour and a half, but the lady at the front desk was very apologetic and we had a good conversation during that time. When they got to my car, it was only about 15-20 minutes and it was done. They gave me a good discount due to the long wait as well! They did an excellent job. Definitely recommend.”
“There are very few, if any, shops willing to look at my 1978 Mercedes 450sl. They fixed the list of things I wanted taken care of and did a little extra tinkering while they were under the hood. This car hasn't run this smoothly in years! Great people. Reasonable rates. Smart suggestions for future work I'd like to have done.”

“Paula and Sebastian are great people. They are honest, detailed, thorough, and transparent. I brought my car in (2004 BMW 525i) about an issue not related to the head unit, and they noticed that my head unit (OEM) was failing, and told me that it can be fixed by an outfit in Texas. They un-installed the head unit, shipped it to Texas where it was fixed, then shipped it back where Autobahn re-installed it and now it works like new. Now I don't have to buy an after market head unit and hope that it works. Another example is from my last visit where I asked them for a 2nd opinion on a leak somewhere in the power steering system. They noticed that a couple crush washers had failed and this was the cause of my leak, the washers were replaced, and now there's no more leak, which saved me thousands had I gone a different route at a different place. 5 stars all the way. “2nd time back in 17 years, this time with our Prius V. A/C slowly worsened over the months, so we left it in the expert hands of Jim and his crew.
Once again, Mac's didn't disappoint. The OEM A/C valves were leaking just enough to lose the charge, so both valve cores were replaced. Then all the usual steps to verify system pressures, refrigerant levels, system leak test, and a complete refrigerant charge brought our old wagon back to full health.
This turned out so much better than the catastrophe I was expecting (dead compressor and metal throughout, necessitating full HVAC system replacement), all thanks to Jim and his crew at Mac's in Beaverton. I trust this shop to do the job right without trying to up-sell. It's a rarefied-rarity when I walk out of a shop in a better mood than when I dropped the car off. 😂

After the Beaverton Nissan dealership fully inspected my vehicle, they told me that both front lower control arm bushings are torn, and they quoted me for $1085.56 to replace both front lower control arms and alignment. I texted and emailed about 15 auto repair shops and they all quoted me around $950-$1000. Even worse, On Site Tire did a suspension inspection, and confirmed that both front lower control arm bushings are torn and told me that they would also need to replace both front tires even though I still have around 5k miles more on them.
On the other hand, Bill quoted me $873.28 and gave me a $40 discount.
I left the vehicle with them. They did their inspection.
Hours later, Bill called me telling me that there was nothing wrong with the control arm bushings and that he wouldn't charge me for it.
They're good people, and you can trust them with your vehicle and wallet. I'm glad I found them and got to meet them.”
