“My wife and I worked with Stephanie Tichenor to purchase a new Volvo XC60 Plug-In Hybrid. Stephanie made the entire process comfortable and easy - she was awesome! We had very specific wants regarding the car, including exterior and interior colors, features, and options. Needless to say, finding the car with all of our requirements was a daunting task. Stephanie took the time to research and prepare a number of options. She was very resourceful and found the exact car we wanted at an out of state dealership and was able to work a transfer of the car to Herzog-Meier for our purchase. “I own a 2016, first generation Volkswagen Tiguan, SE 4Motion. This is my second Tiguan and I knew I wanted to get away from having my service done at the dealerships. I only wish I'd found Import Auto sooner. These guys are straight shooters who I'd feel comfortable making a deal on a handshake with. When I first contacted Import Auto via email Michael was quick on his follow up. He kept it simple and direct, putting me at ease when I explained my limited knowledge of auto repair and maintenance.
He had a casual confidence that said he understood and with a, "Yep, we can do that." put me on their schedule within a week. Unfortunately I missed to appointment due to illness and had to cancel. A few weeks later I called back to see if they would still take me. To my surprise they remembered who I was, and with a, "Yeah, come on in!" I was dropping my car off the same day. The shop is easy to find just off the westside of OR 217. The reception area is tight, it's clean and profession with character and clearly run by a team that loves everything auto. While no one was in reception there's an obvious buzzer and they were quick to respond. I don't recall the gentleman's name who helped my in reception but was impressed with his professional appearance and clean, wrinkle free shop shirt, with a name patch. The guy was just as friendly and professional as Michael and had an easy going way of putting me at ease. For my part, I can only describe the VW I dropped off as a sad disaster. It hadn't been serviced for an embarrassingly long time, which I explained. And I also dropped it off looking like it was in shambles, not the best first impression. But still they were cool. My car needed a lot done and I found the cost of service for maintenance and repair was fair. And they were completely transparent through the whole process, there were no surprises.
This is an an honest shop with a trustworthy, friendly and professional crew. And in the end the work was of exceptionally high quality. These goes go above and beyond and I intend on using their services for years to come. Thank you Import Auto for getting me to love my car again!”

“This shop was recommended by a coworker as a fair and reasonable shop that does good work. The engine on my 2012 Subaru blew a rod. The shop initially said it was not likely worth replacing. Rob looked into it further. Found a few options. Provided a detailed invoice and answered a lot of questions. The shop was not only efficient and timely in replacing the engine but I felt they were honest and fair. The mechanic that worked on the car shared his thoughts and concerns on pick up and a couple days later helped us with a belt that was acting up. My boyfriend, baby and I were trying to get our A/C unit fixed in our vehicle and ran into a leak problem when trying to get the A/C recharged at another shop. The shop recommended Mac's and we decided to stop in to see if they could help us identify the problem. They were super busy, all the bays were full and they still managed to take time out of their busy day to help us with our problem. Chris and the guy in the front office were both super helpful. With the help of these great folks we can now drive around stress free with our baby.

“Coming off a 12 hr shift at eight in the morning, my Tiger spit it's chain and left me stranded. As my bike is my only mode of transportation, I needed a new chain ASAP. After calling a tow company I reached out to Cascade Moto to see if there was any chance of squeezing me in. They weren't open yet, but that didn't stop Dave at the front desk who was in early, from taking my number to pass along to the service department when they showed up. About 15 min later, service writer Jasmine returned my call and told me to bring my broken ride in and they would get it done ASAP and definitely by the end of the day. I arrived at 0930-ish and they checked me in right away, and let me know they were going to start work right away. I went outside, sat down on a bench and fell asleep. About an hour and a half later, I was woken from my nap with news that pending a test ride, my bike was done.The staff are great and super friendly, and the service was amazing. I was a H-D mechanic at 3 different dealerships for 10 years, and I know the in's and out's of what makes for a great service department which in turns leads to a great customer experience, and Cascade Moto is doing it right!Thanks!”

“They aligned my foxbody when les Schwab said it was too low and will do a front alignment only which saves money. I've had les Schwab tell me they have to charge me for a 4 wheel alignment on a SOLID AXLE MUSTANG... Rev aligned it for 50$. Recently I took my 88 Camry to them after installing new tie rods, they charged 85$ for the front alignment, and they told me the steering rack was worn and the car wasn't holding the alignment. The guy was cool and said if I replace the rack they will do another alignment for free. I replaced the rack myself and now it holds alignment. Never going to les Schwab again. They also mounted and balanced some wheels for me without scratching them.”

“Brought my old car to these guys after a big-name mechanic made some mistakes and left me in an unsafe car with a huge bill.The parts for this car are not easy to find and the car is so old and obsolete, it wouldn't be worth it to fix it, to anyone but me.But these guys did it anyways. Didn't say anything about "this car is a bit old to fix" there have been some snags to fixing the car, given it is an old car, but considering the circumstances, they did a good job and they might be the only mechanics out of 5 groups who didn't try to take me for a fool for being a woman. They told me flat out the problems I was going to run into and didn't add repairs just to make a buck.It's nice to have my car back.”

“The shop was clean & orderly. The guys were professional & put together. We were given a quote. One thing that stood out to me about the quote was that he’s standing behind the work being done. I’ve been finding more and more places are not doing that anymore. The prices might be a little lower elsewhere but if something fails in a couples months, they’re not standing behind the work they’ve done. “What would be worse than not able to find a body shop to support after a collision? We have a mild/medium collision that damaged both fender and bumper near the driver seat. The key problem bugging us is the driver door wouldn't open enough to get in. I am in desperate to look for an autobody to help me look into it so I can drive. Called 7-8 body shop, none of them can even schedule estimate 6-12 weeks out!! How crazy is that huh? Then I found Peter's Quality Autobody, he asked me to bring the car in the same day.
