Heitzman Body and paint put her back together. She is dang near perfect. Also the customer service there was impeccable. Even though I was annoying and I called a bunch of times to check on my baby. “Updating our review of this body shop. I would give 3 star to Audi the company but 5 stars to this body shop. After 5 months waiting for parts our repair is done. They did a great job with the color match. The repair looks brand new, it was just a long wait to wait for Audi to send them the parts. We paid out of pocket/not insurance for this to try to speed it up. A raccoon kamikazed the headlight last Spring, the long wait was for these single use only wheel rims that weren’t damaged by the collision but had to be replaced for a correct repair. When it’s really hot the car’s electrical system does pick up a weird ghost of the raccoon sensing something, but again i think thats on Audi not precision. More questioning buying a car that is not easily fixable, the repair shop itself does a thorough job.”

“My windshield had a big crack, it was easy to schedule and get replaced. Person on the phone confirming appointment was very friendly, person at front desk on entry was very kind just seemed a little stressed and it seems odd they have 1 person for both calls and front desk. I was quoted 3 hours took more like 6 hours but online it had said even longer so I wasnt concerned. Overall great service and my windshield is happy. The cost was exactly as quoted online when I made my appointment and was comparable to everywhere else I looked at.”
