“I could not be happier with this body shop. I drive a 2008 Ford Mustang and she is my baby. When I got hit by a random worker in a ceremetary they accepted fault but they totaled my car. Heitzman Body and paint put her back together. She is dang near perfect. Also the customer service there was impeccable. Even though I was annoying and I called a bunch of times to check on my baby. I couldn't be happier. If I could give them more than five stars I would! ❤❤”

“I have been meaning to give a review for Chris for some time. I keep getting distracted and forgetting to do it. I want to say, we have used Chris's body shop several times in the past for some of our different cars. Chris has always been extremely fair, very considerate, and always worked to help us get small body work repairs done to our cars for a very fair price. I would never hesitate to get my car's body work done by Chris. I came in after my car was hit recently and he was trying to come up with alternatives for me when my car was hit in a parking lot and my driver's side door was damaged. I would have definitely used him to do the work as I was just going to get it fixed paying out of my pocket, but I did instead decide to go through my insurance and ended up using another shop instead. The ONLY reason I didn't have Chris do the work was due to how the insurance wanted to handle the claim. My wife and I have always been very happy customers of his, thank you, and sorry for taking forever to post a review, Chris!”

“Updating our review of this body shop. I would give 3 star to Audi the company but 5 stars to this body shop. After 5 months waiting for parts our repair is done. They did a great job with the color match. The repair looks brand new, it was just a long wait to wait for Audi to send them the parts. We paid out of pocket/not insurance for this to try to speed it up. A raccoon kamikazed the headlight last Spring, the long wait was for these single use only wheel rims that weren’t damaged by the collision but had to be replaced for a correct repair. When it’s really hot the car’s electrical system does pick up a weird ghost of the raccoon sensing something, but again i think thats on Audi not precision. More questioning buying a car that is not easily fixable, the repair shop itself does a thorough job.”

“My truck was recently broken into and the driver-side rear window was shattered. Dealing with insurance quickly became such a hassle. The repair shops I contacted couldn’t even tell me how many days they would need to keep my truck, and since I use it for work every day, trying to coordinate everything was becoming extremely stressful. Then I found out that one of the collision repair centers actually uses Safelite for their glass replacements, so I decided to skip the middleman and go directly to Safelite in Beaverton. I’m SO glad I did. To my surprise, paying my insurance deductible would have actually cost me more than simply paying Safelite directly. My window replacement was around $350, and the entire experience could not have been easier. The lady at the front counter was absolutely wonderful. She has an amazing personality and truly understands customer service. She was welcoming, organized, efficient, and kept everything moving smoothly from the moment I arrived. Michael was just as amazing. As soon as I arrived, he went out to inspect my truck, answered several questions I had about the window, and made me feel confident that everything was being taken care of properly. Before I knew it, less than an hour later, my truck was finished and ready to go. Something I expected to be stressful, time-consuming, and expensive turned into an incredibly easy and pleasant experience. It’s refreshing to find a company that offers great pricing, excellent workmanship, efficiency, and genuinely great customer service all at the same time. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Safelite Beaverton and would absolutely recommend them. Thank you to Michael and the entire team!”
