We were looking at a 92 Lexus SC300, and not only was Mark open with us about any issues with the car, he went out of his way to take it to a pre purchase inspection. My wife and I drove down from near Seattle to test drive before deciding to buy. No real back and forth between salesperson and manager Nick because Nick just sat with us and made the whole negociation easy, which was a breath of fresh air considering how we've done car deals in the past. Max the business manager had all our signing forms ready immediately which was great. All totalled we were done and driving off in our new to us car in about 2 hours. Great trade-in value actually above what we expected and overall we couldn't be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend them if you're in the market for a high-end used vehicle, and no pressure buying.”
