“One of my favorite places in Beaverton. Although I moved nearly a year ago, I still think of Tanya often and stay in touch from time to time. The work she does is truly exceptional and supports a meaningful cause. She curates a wonderful selection and is genuinely one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet.
She welcomed my family—and my dogs—with so much care and warmth that my dogs would eagerly pull me across the way just to say hello. Because my dogs have specific behavioral needs, I deeply appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating she always was.

“Mark and Ann are exceptional at what they do and that's just a fact.
I had a custom suit designed and tailored to my specifications, size and shape for an upcoming wedding.
I experienced some frustrations specifically with regard to the time I was told it would take versus the time it actually took. However, my dress shirt, trousers and jacket were all overnighted to my destination just in time for the wedding in a state that was perfectly acceptable for the occasion.
Minor finishing touches (functional sleeve buttons) and alterations were needed after the fact but the slight imperfections were not something one would notice without a closer inspection.
In the end, they were very dedicated to ensuring that I was accommodated for the minor error and that I exited the process very happy and ultimately they accomplished this.
My only advice is that best practice includes leaving just a little extra breathing room to account for any complications that may turn up during the tailoring process. We are all only human, after all.
I am happy with the outcome and I will be doing business with them again in the future. Well done to the both of you.

“I buy all my cosmetics at Sephora in Kohls. The employees were great but the Sephora area is way too hot. The temperature difference from the register area to the front of Sephora to the rest of the kohl's store is very noticeable. I felt like throwing up it was so hot, especially as shoppers were moving through there and checking out. I cant imagine working in those conditions. Additionally, I spend a lot of money on Sephora products (today I spent almost $250). If cosmetics sit in high temperatures they will expire faster. Which means the products sitting in that heat are not the quality I pay for from Sephora. This is unacceptable. Kohls needs to fix the temperature situation at this store.”
“I had such a great experience with Hannah today! She was incredible—friendly, efficient, and quick to help. I was having issues online, and she immediately honored the sale without any hassle. She processed my Old Navy application and rang up my merchandise quickly and smoothly.

“It's a very busy store and so it can be a chore to try to find things because merchandise is just left wherever customers put it. I sympathize with the staff and managers over this problem but it's one of the costs of doing business. At this store, it is not uncommon to see some things out of place. Okay, it happens. BUT, when you make a return visit 6 days later and the exact same things are STILL in the same WRONG spots, you gotta wonder. Another case of big businesses cutting hours so that staff are too busy to look after things. It's a greedy practice that actually costs more than it saves.”
“The associates can be very kind and friendly. But if you're looking for something specific, you're on your own. They were super busy, and of course, customers being customers, clothing was on the floor. It seems like the associates don't have enough help to keep things organized. There were clothes of wrong sizes everywhere, so it was hard to find what I was looking for in the designated sections. Eventually, I just gave up. But the check out lines were fast, and my cashier was friendly and helpful. One of the items I wanted was in the clearance section but didn't have a price. Another associate was doing the price check, and it took them over 15 minutes to find a price for it. The systems were giving them trouble, and I felt bad for them. I'll come back when it's less insanely busy. Overall, they did a great job but we're overwhelmed. They need more help!”
“The selection of blouses was limited. Most were what I would consider crop tops. There were few skirts.
The displays were nicely arranged, clean n pretty good selection of items. Super busy store most of the time. Always a line, yet they had 4 clerks at the registers, so it didn't take long to CK out.”
