After dealing with both TMobile and Verizon as customers, we dread heading into the phone store. We did have to wait awhile and weren’t offered a greeting until they were ready to see us, but Austin was very helpful, straightforward and didn’t give us the runaround that we are used to

Sean was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He hung in there with is while we were purchasing a new phone and was knowledgeable about the entire process.
