Had my 2025 Chevy Tahoe repaired after someone backed into me in a parking lot. USAA paid for this repair, and recommended the shop. Quickly got in for an assessment & Brian did a great job at walking me through what needed to be replaced, potential other repairs that might need to happen after they opened the car for the repair (there was an abnormal gap between fender & hood, but couldn't assess if there was damage until it was opened).
There were some delays due to part availability. First delay was parts were on back order. Second delay was an additional part was needed to address an additional problem the team found after starting the work. All of these delays were clearly communicated with ample time to avoid confusion & to manage expectations.

“Nate was able to solve two electrical issues for me, one unique one that I've been struggling with for over 3 years that multiple other shops and two Ford dealerships couldn't figure out. He got me into the shop really quickly and out the same day. His willingness to dig in and diagnose the issue was something I have never experienced at any other shop. He explained everything to me so clearly and the cost for what he performed was very fair. Definitely gained a customer for life.”
“Nice shop, very clean, staff all seems top notch. Customer service and communication was incredible. I just had a simple oil & filter change done on my Mercedes GLC300, and they also do a complimentary inspection. That is the reason for only 4 stars - as a part of the inspection, they checked tire pressure and reported it good (green check mark) at 32psi in each of all four tires. Here is the funny part - these cars run differential pressures (35 front, 42 rear), and the TPMS system will alert you if this is off based on the rolling diameter of the tires and feedback from the ABS tone rings. I had just rotated my tires and precisely set the pressures 3 days prior to bringing the car in, so when I saw the inspection report stating 32psi in all four, I immediately checked them again right after picking the car up. Yep, still at 35 and 42 just like I left them. Which makes me wonder if they even checked, or just pencil-whipped that part of the inspection? And certainly they would know that this car intentionally runs differential pressures? Things that just make me wonder...”

“These guys are awesome! I had a squeaking issue with my brakes for about 6 months. I had taken my car into Dane's Auto Repair multiple times and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my car both times. Within 5 minutes of going to Brakes For Less, they diagnosed the issue. Fixed it in 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Couldn't recommend them enough!”

“The guys at Performance Authority were honest and timely. I had to have all injectors and an injector pump replaced on my Duramax. The work is top notch and they even knocked a few hundred off of the original estimate, stating that "we were able to save you a few hundred off as it didn't take as long as we anticipated". That's pretty rare. I'll be back when I need more work. Thanks guys!”

“Def fluid accidentally put into fuel tank. Contaminated the engine fuel system and all parts that fuel went through had to be changed out. Major repair! Mark and his mechanics did a great job diagnosing and completing the repairs. He worked directly with our insurance company to get repair costs approved. Mark was a great communicator and kept us updated from start to finish. Highly recommend Mark and his company!”

“I'm keen on reading reviews, so I should probably write one = VERY HAPPY to have found this place! Long-time Bend resident - and yes, of course I'd heard of them, but kind of assumed it was focused on European cars???!! Interestingly enough, that's NOT the case (my mistake - never make assumptions). Anyway, you can figure out if they work on your vehicle, but they got my 2011 Toyota Tundra back in order, along with a full-synthetic oil change for a very reasonable price. Customer service was fantastic, and timely service all together. I think I found my new Auto Shop in town (fingers crossed though, I don't want to jinx it). Also, I love reading the bad reviews, with a grain of salt of course. The bad reviews I read about this place are practically all the same: masterfully written by quite possibly the smartest and most car-knowledgeable people in town - you almost have to ask yourself why they didn't just fix the problem themselves?!”
