Their service has always been very good when I call. We were out of town for a few months and out internet speed was low when we returned. I called, and it was back up and running to 600mps in no time. I just find that their phone service is very good

Great WiFi. Quick setup. Only issue, no online customer portal. Have to pay manually or over the phone. In this day no online portal is important. Shouldn’t have to call or mail. Stay on hold for 20 minutes only to get an answering service. This is at 2:45 PM on Tuesday. You think your friggin doctors!!? LúLú Pure Massage.
