We just purchased a Jacuzzi spa after spending time with the very patient & knowledgable professional ~Brandy~ at the Bend showroom. The delivery / installation also went very well. I feel we received a good value for the money spent; we are enjoying the spa very much. Communication with Emerald is great; they care!

I am self installing a new fireplace insert (gas) in my house. I have never done this before. Emerald is very helpful in providing guidance and troubleshooting problems before they arise. I’m glad I chose them over Home Depot or Lowe’s.

We had a to replace a custom jacuzzi cover. Mind you not an easy project as we had to order a special size foam to cover the jacuzzi. Darlene and Brandy were a huge help. We were under time pressure to cover the jacuzzi before the fall and Darlene kept us up to date. I wish I could give the team 6 stars. Werner
