“I can't speak highly enough about Cascade Mattress. This is my second review but as I had to return my mattress I get to write another review. The process of choosing and buying the mattress was an excellent experience with kind and knowledgable staff. I will always select local business's over big box stores if I can and Cascade did not disappoint. When I discovered that the mattress I purchased was not firm enough I started the process of retuning it. There were some points in this process that I was unaware of but everyone at Cascade Mattress really scrambled to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Here is an example of a business where community culture thrives. Their desire to have a satisfied customer was greater than a bottom line and I was left with a feeling that they went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the product I selected and the entire process of the experience. Thank You Cascade Mattress for your patience and assistance. I would encourage anyone to use this company for customer service, great pricing and keeping our dollars in Central Oregon!!”
“Auto Clinic has consistently repaired my cars. I wouldn't trust anyone else to my daily driver which is a classic '03 with copious quirks. I bought a chinese lamp with a matching shade, a hand blown multi colored glass lamp, a sturdy oak bookcase, an original pastel painting, a horse sculpture, and a large ceramic pot for my patio. The prices are always reasonable. I have sold some furniture throught the store, also.”

“We used cascade design center for the interior decoration of our new home. We specifically worked with Leah. I felt she did a wonderful job and was very easy to work with. We were a bit indecisive and made several changes. She was very accommodating non-judge mental and was willing to work with us. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. Just don't judge a book by its cover people are way too fast to do that. I would highly suggest using cascade design center as they have incredible experience and do a wonderful job and get you to the right contractor Who will do superb work.”

“A very cool store. I am new to the area and was looking for living room chair. I stopped by Furnish and saw one that I liked. The chair / color I wanted needed to be ordered with 2022 delivery. I was called a couple days later telling me that my chair/color could be delivered sooner if I would go with black instead of chrome base. I actually liked the black base better so I agreed. 3 weeks after store visit my chair was delivered at the time I was told to expect the delivery. ???? to Furnish!”

There was no pressure to choose a particular option. When I made a decision, days later, I was greeted by Debbie who remembered me and remembered what I was looking to do. She made sure that it was going to work. The furniture is top quality. I forgot my checkbook and was told I could pay upon delivery. They made me feel like a valued customer. The delivery guys also cared that the set-up was going to work. They were impressive. I will be buying more patio furniture from them in the future.”
