Mailbox Centers in Bend, OR

“I love this mailbox and shipping store! The staff is consistently kind, patient, and willing to go the extra mile on the little things that make errands feel less stressful. The owner clearly takes pride in the business as the shop is clean, organized, and stocked with thoughtful local cards, gifts, and stickers.

On busy days, it genuinely makes a difference to walk into a place where people are polite, cheerful, and actually seem to enjoy helping customers. Pricing is always fair, and the service is reliable. This place is a bright spot in my week, and I’m grateful it’s here.”

“Employees are always super helpful. Fast service and if you have a prepaid shipping label, there's a self service counter to scan your package and generate a receipt and you can skip the full service line. It's awesome to be able to mail packages on the weekend too! You can mail via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.”

“Over a number of years I have found all providers to deliver excellent service, especially regarding complicated issues. Of note, the staff has been remarkably stable. Such a consistent staff is a sign for me of a solid, high functioning business.
Since I often go late in the day, Ms R....usually has been the one to patiently and professionally solve some rather complex mailing and delivery condundrums. She deserves extra praise and thanks.”

“Camden at the UPS store on SW Century drive is an amazing team member. He knows how to do EVERYTHING! His customer service is great. He’s always in a good mood and when I go to the UPS store, I always hope he is there. He gets the job done and done with excellent customer service.”

“No idea why there are so many negative reviews. I have had to drop off a few things here, as well as use the pack & ship services, and I have had nothing but great experiences - friendly, professional, and helpful staff every time. They have offered to print a shipping label for free for me, when the other store in town wanted to charge me $5 for the same service. ($5 to print one return label that I already paid for!!)

In any case:
🔅yes, if you go here on a Friday afternoon, there might be (GASP) a line that you have to wait in.
🔅no, this specific store is not responsible for the distribution center or driver who messed up a delivery to your house in the area.
🔅no, you should not expect the employees to print or tape your packages for free, and instead be grateful that they frequently do - after all, “PACK and ship” is literally a paid service.

All that to say, this store and its employees have been great to me and my partner in every single one of the 10 or so experiences we’ve had with them over the last two years of living nearby. Many thanks!”

“Don't often write reviews but just wanted to note that despite all the poor reviews of this location, I had a good experience today. Not trying to invalidate anyone else's experience. Keep in mind the hours are limited and this isn't a full service post office. I had to come pick up a package that required a signature. I came in at 12:26 pm and left with the package in my possession at 12:28. You do have to ring a buzzer for the staff to open the door, which made me think at first that they were closed. So don't let this scare you away. There was no line and the woman who helped me was cheerful and polite. So perhaps some changes have been made based on the problems that others have had over the years.”
