“I’m not usually someone who takes the time to write reviews, but this experience was absolutely worth it.
I’ve been doing business with the Staples in Bend for over five years. As a business owner myself, I always have a lot going on, and the last thing I want to deal with when I’m trying to get something done quickly is additional frustration.
I stopped in recently to print something using the self-service kiosks, and it just wasn’t going well. A gentleman named Brandon asked me twice if I needed help, but I was determined to figure it out myself and probably wasn’t as upbeat in my responses as I normally would have been.
Eventually, I realized I wasn’t going to be able to get it done on my own, and Brandon was right there in the print department ready to help. Not only did he solve the problem quickly, but he did it with such a positive attitude. I’ve honestly never seen the print department looking as organized and polished as it did that day, and I’ve never had someone be as pleasant and helpful as Brandon.
I was really happy to learn that he’s the one running that department. You can also tell the team enjoys working with him, which says a lot about his leadership.
I will absolutely continue doing business with the Staples in Bend. There have honestly been times over the years when I wondered if I should find other printing resources, but if you need help in the print department, go see Brandon. He will be the reason you come back.

My wife and I need to print pictures from an old photo. We were struggling finding the typical big box stores that would do a quality copy or even a copy at all. This place came through, we pulled up gave the gentleman our photo and within minutes he was complete. In the spirit of Christmas we gave him a tip equal to the value of the service. The emotional response showed his appreciation, this reaction, implied a need for assistance. I am asking all of you great people out there to at a mininum give him an opportunity. Anyone compationate enough to take your your business there and spread more joy in our community and help those in need is greatly appreciated.”

“No idea why there are so many negative reviews. I have had to drop off a few things here, as well as use the pack & ship services, and I have had nothing but great experiences - friendly, professional, and helpful staff every time. They have offered to print a shipping label for free for me, when the other store in town wanted to charge me $5 for the same service. ($5 to print one return label that I already paid for!!)
In any case:
🔅yes, if you go here on a Friday afternoon, there might be (GASP) a line that you have to wait in.
🔅no, this specific store is not responsible for the distribution center or driver who messed up a delivery to your house in the area.
🔅no, you should not expect the employees to print or tape your packages for free, and instead be grateful that they frequently do - after all, “PACK and ship” is literally a paid service.
All that to say, this store and its employees have been great to me and my partner in every single one of the 10 or so experiences we’ve had with them over the last two years of living nearby. Many thanks!”
