“After waiting 4 days for Walgreens to get an urgent prescription and not having it after many calls and in person visits (because they don't answer the phone, they just put you on hold until you hang up), my doctor resent the prescription to Walmart and I had what I needed in about an hour. They were very helpful getting my account set up. They are very busy but well staffed and helpful people. Lesson learned, I will be using this pharmacy from now on.”

“Probably saved my dogs life. I came in to buy hydrogen peroxide because my dog got into A LOT of chocolate. I couldn't find anything to help administer it to him. I stopped by the pharmacy near closing and asked for an oral syringe and explained my situation. The Tech and Pharmacist gladly provided me with one and I rushed home. It worked like a charm and my dog is doing much better now.”

“Are you kidding me? Who doesn't love Costco?! We have a love hate relationship. I love going there and hate looking at my visa statement at the end of the month! Haha! Their return policy is better than no other, the quality of items they carry is guaranteed. Pricing is generally the best for what you buy. You can always get help by asking an employee at the front for assistance. I kinda like the self checkout lane if only have a few items, otherwise it's worth the wait for a checker. I will go to Costco forever until the end of the”
“I have shopped at Walgreens for years. It was nice when they came to Bend , and not just one but two stores. One on Franklin, and the one on East Highway 20. They carry products that other stores don't. Check the store out I think you will be happy”

“This might be the best place to get scripts filled in Bend... although Safeway and Walgreens admittedly set the bar prettttty low :PPros: They're friendly, wait times tend to be pretty low, they have a drive-thru, and they're better than Safeway and Walgreens.Cons: Their text message notifications never work for me, and I usually have to call them to fill my prescription (it doesn't happen automatically).”
“This is specifically about the pharmacy at Walgreens, but I'm sure it also applies to the regular staff.Like most people commenting here, I've had to deal with inconveniences at Walgreens. Long wait times, delayed prescriptions, closed for seemingly random reasons. This is a huge problem and very frustrating for everybody. But it is happening across the country. In Kansas City, CVS pharmacists walked out to protest unsafe and stressful work conditions due to lack of proper staffing. Some 75,000 Kaiser Permanente healthcare workers went on strike over burnout and problems with retention and recruiting. This week Walgreen employees in some states are planning walkouts over prescription and vaccination expectations demanded by corporate management that result in delays and angry customers.On a recent visit to this Walgreen's location, I overheard a man yelling at one of the Heathers because his prescriptions weren't ready. When she tried to explain why he lost his temper. He was so loud and rude that folks in line and the waiting room became visibly uncomfortable. This was NOT her fault.Please try to be patient and nice to the local people serving you. If you want to complain, aim your anger at the Walgreens corporation and let the people in charge know you want this fixed now.”
“If there was a way to apply 6 stars I would. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. I have a variety of medications and they can be quite complicated. Every time I have called with an issue I get a prompt response from knowledge and committed staff. They ship quickly, and have worked with my healthcare providers to expedite care. Truly the best, I highly recommend them compared the majority of the abysmal service at other local pharmacies.”
“It seems a little odd to write a review for a pharmacy but I have never had such a positive experience before like I have had with the Community Pharmacy at St. Charles. Every interaction I have had with the staff there has been pleasant. They are helpful and friendly every time. Even in the middle of this COVID pandemic they have been great. “Don’t pay any attention to the negative reviews - I’ve was a licensed pharmacy tech here in Oregon recently and these guys are amazing. This work is extremely difficult; Talitha and Louis are make it look easy. I think it’s important to interact with a pharmacy with proactive understanding and willingness to listen - a lot of negative reviews here are regarding extremely specific clerical “errors” that can be worked-out with some patience. I have had to personally remind people of this many times and we were always able to work things out. I am happy to have found such a great pharmacy in my new home area, these guys are tops.”

“Thank you, Bob the pharmacist! I called looking for a product to help with a surgical wound that wouldn't heal.(My surgeon referred me to Wound Care but had to wait a week to be seen). Bob asked questions about what was going on with my wound and set me up with the best type of dressing while I waited for my appointment. I am so thankful I happened to call Rose's! Bob really really helped me and I'm very thankful for his expertise in wound care.”
“My life story includes many infusions in many different offices. OHSU, Vancouver, WA, BMC and now here. Starting new treatments, as old ones fail, is stressful enough in it's own, without the anxiety that comes with having your therapy done in a new place. This was above and beyond the best experience I have had since my infusion journey started in 2010. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by a warm, friendly face, until I left feeling like I made a new friend in my nurse. I have a slight case of germaphobia and when I explained this openly to my nurse, Kim, she was so caring and not once did she make me feel like I was a burden with my fears. Care providers in my past acted like that made me high maintenance. I could tell by the bustle in the office that it was busy but she still took her time with me and was genuine in her kindness. Thank you Kim and thank you Ray for making this a positive experience. I was scared and you cared.”

“For a large pharmacy, this place is great! Service is wonderful, they actually answer their phone, and they are able to get prescriptions that local pharmacies don't contract for. The line can be crazy long at times, but it moves fast, can be avoided by doing some shopping while you wait, or by coming at times that aren't so busy.”
