Packaged very well with TLC, with water envelopes on the needed stems, flower bulb protectors on the delicate ones and wrapped in cellophane and tied down to the box. Super impressed with the freshness of the flowers. They are gorgeous!”

He helped me decide on best mattress based on my needs, helped make sure the final height of my mattress and box spring was perfect and made every part of the process be easy and efficient. The delivery guys were also perfect. I was so happy after sleeping so comfortably on the new guest bedroom mattress that I went back and bought a second mattress for my own bed. Second delivery was also perfect. I also found the quality of the pillows, mattress pad and sheet bundle I got with each mattress to have great added value. I went to other stores before Bed Mart and just didn’t feel comfortable enough to make a purchase. The options can be overwhelming but Bill made it easy. “I've visited twice in this past week, and was assisted by two different, wonderful, knowledgeable staff people! Michael helped us the first time and then Mark helped when I was ready to make a purchase. He took his time with us, and he had great ideas, and we ended up piecing together a very beautiful dining room look. He was knowledgeable and fun and just a super nice guy! I would highly recommend this beautiful store, with its great prices, high quality items, great staff and service!”

“Someone has mentioned before about the abysmal customer service at this location and I must agree whole heartedly. The employees at this location are short, rude, and don’t seem to really want to help customers with their necessities outside of checking their Costco card upon arrival. Corporate will be getting a call as we pay way too much in Gold membership and at that location for people to act so rude towards paying customers. Especially the tall, bald gentleman who is usually overseeing the self checkout area. We will be addressing this with corporate.

Update: one phone call and Alex took care of us promptly and with a phenomenal attitude. The expeditiousness in handling my concerns by the administrative staff has made me change my review back to a 5 star. Good customer service, that’s all we ask for. (PS, I worked retail for years before my current career path, I understand the necessity of maintaining good customer service, hopefully some employees take heed.)”
