“I needed petrie dishes for a time sensitive project. After I discovered another large supplier in the area didn't have the listed items in stock, I tried Nurnberg. I was willing to take only half the number I wanted, but then Abbie managed to locate a second sleeve, and even gave me a warning callback when she discovered they would be closing an hour early! Amazing service and, I should add, less than half the price per unit I was quoted elsewhere.”
“Someone has mentioned before about the abysmal customer service at this location and I must agree whole heartedly. The employees at this location are short, rude, and don’t seem to really want to help customers with their necessities outside of checking their Costco card upon arrival. Corporate will be getting a call as we pay way too much in Gold membership and at that location for people to act so rude towards paying customers. Especially the tall, bald gentleman who is usually overseeing the self checkout area. We will be addressing this with corporate.
Update: one phone call and Alex took care of us promptly and with a phenomenal attitude. The expeditiousness in handling my concerns by the administrative staff has made me change my review back to a 5 star. Good customer service, that’s all we ask for. (PS, I worked retail for years before my current career path, I understand the necessity of maintaining good customer service, hopefully some employees take heed.)”

“Was very quick and affordable, one million times better than Les Schwab, and most importantly will not try and sell you on other things or tell you you have bad parts! I was missing a lugnut that led Schwab lost and they gave me a new one for just under a dollar. Will be going back from now on.”

“take great care of their customers. always nice to know I have a backup if the closer branch is out of stock. honestly a nicer setup, too. the space feels very clean and professional. easy to find stuff and anything I can't find, I am readily directed to. thanks”
