“This is the way car buying should always be! Following a horrid experience attempting to purchase a vehicle at Nissan of Portland, I started communicating with the sales team at Chuck Colvin Nissan/Ford on the potential purchase of one of their 2023 Nissan Leafs. Right out of the gate, David Collins offered a fantastic price. When I mentioned that another dealership had come in below David's offer, Rich Germunson, Chuck Colvin's General Sales Manager, not only was able to match it, but beat it by nearly $100. Considering the fact that everyone I spoke with at Chuck Colvin was super responsive and straightforward, I really preferred to purchase from them, so the fact that they were also the lowest offer was the cherry on top. David was out for the holidays when we got ready to make a decision, so he handed us over to Tim Richardson who sent over a quote with all of the final numbers so there were no surprises. Tim treated us like absolute gold from arrival until we drove off the lot in our new vehicle about 2 hours later. Once we were handed off to their Finance Manager, Sean Frith, there were absolutely no games, no attempts to upsell, and he was as pleasant as can be (which was a nice change from past dealerships we've worked with). Chuck Colvin prides itself on being family owned and run, and it really does show. Tim did a wonderful job of showing us the ins and outs of our vehicle and the dealership itself, and welcomed us into the Chuck Colvin family... a family we are happy to now call our own. I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had. It was by far our best auto purchasing experience, and they now have a customer for life.”

I don't retract my reviews normally, but these guys actually went above and beyond for me and were able to get me into a car without any cash down at all and was able to use my charge a head tax voucher. I am really glad that I got the opportunity to do business with this dealership and be proven wrong about them completely. Remember people it's not always the dealership that is t willing to sell you a car it's the banks that cause the issues with money not the dealerships. Thank you all of you Shannon, Sam I am forever grateful and I will buy my next car from them as well. They may be a small dealership but they work harder for you then any of these other bigger ones would. Thank you again you guys have been absolutely amazing. Will update with pic of new car ☺️”

“Best service and price I've experienced in 25 years of RVing. Driving 35' motorhome with Ford Triton V-10 engine when Service Engine light appeared. TNT Motorsports technician performed engine diagnostic test assessed and resolved fuel system problem. Conducted engine inspection and pointed out evidence of rodent infestation, but found no damage to wires or hoses. Explained probable cause for left bank fuel problem and gave advice on preventing potential rodent problem. I was back on the road in less than an hour. Cost was less than half what I've paid my hometown mechanic. Trusted and reliable shop.”

“I brought in a 2009 Nissan Versa with P2119 error, a problem with the throttle. They cleaned the throttle but it couldn't be programmed to relearn the idle air volume. So the throttle body needs to be replaced but also said there might be an issue with the transmission that they can't diagnose without replacing the throttle body. He was upfront that I would need to bring it to Nissan for transmission work.
This is kind of the end of the line after previous extensive repairs and decided not to repair the issue. I was really impressed with Meineke's honesty and respected my decision. They took quite a bit of time to work on it and only charged a small fee for the parts, I'm very grateful for working with them.”
