“The new Central Point building is amazing! Love the new ATM machines, use as ATM or works as drive thru with live employee. Waited until banking with RCU for year and must say they are great in all aspects of services. Have never had any problem, however they stop debit and credit card activity some times on new online payments or odd transactions but I think is good safety measure, and promptly contact you to make transaction online process once verified. Customer service is great!”

Whether I pull into the drive thru or walking in, everyone gives me a super warm hello, calls me by my name and we catch up on the latest while experiencing stellar service. Candy dish always and even donuts at times. It’s the little things that can change the whole trajectory of one’s day, I feel so welcomed and elevated for the rest of my day leaving them. When angry, they were able to calm me and get to straight to the meat and potatoes.
When I was a smartass I was also treated as such. Customer service that day in December earned there keep. Chase is always answering my emails, calls, and questions! I appreciate them working with me and meeting me in the middle. That other bank WF just wanted to sink me with overages, same people same bank knowing there is an overage they just keep putting lil stupid bills like Netflix thru 7 times. That was a bad month!
