“This bank Rocks! I don’t always win with them but they have treated me like I deserve.
When angry, they were able to calm me and get to straight to the meat and potatoes.
When I was a smartass I was also treated as such. Customer service that day in December earned there keep. Chase is always answering my emails, calls, and questions! I appreciate them working with me and meeting me in the middle. That other bank WF just wanted to sink me with overages, same people same bank knowing there is an overage they just keep putting lil stupid bills like Netflix thru 7 times. That was a bad month! Thank you Chase we appreciate you!!”
