“After having another Napa store give me the run around regarding replacing my battery that was still under warrantee, they told us to try going to this location for assistance. Not only was the staff at this location very friendly, Michael and Don were extremely helpful with getting a replacement battery ordered for me. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with Michael telling me that he would call me when my replacement battery had arrived in the store. Other Napa stores could take a lesson from this store when it comes to customer service and honoring policies. Hands down this will be the only Napa location we shop at from now on. Thanks guys for the help!!!”
