When I brought the old one in to get the core deposit, I had forgotten the sales slip in the friend's car who came to transport me to Auto Zone for the battery. They refunded the core deposit to me without the sales slip, and on a day when everything else went wrong, it was a big deal to me that they completed that transaction without needing the sales slip!”

“Got into an accident 100 miles from home. Just wanted to get home. Needed my bumper fixed so I could have a full motion of turning. Brought it in. Everybody there was really nice and even more helpful. They quickly inspected my vehicle, quoted me a price, and went to work. It was going to take a few hours. I wasn't the only one there, but they said I could stay in their lobby, with a nice couch, until it was done. One of them even offered to give me a ride to the food trucks and bar a few blocks away. I took him up on this. What could have been a very bad day for me turned out to be, well, not so bad, thanks to the folks at this auto body shop.”

“I was the recipient of my first fender bender. I had heard a lot of horror stories about repair shops as I went in for 3 different quotes. Maaco PDX was my last stop , and I knew within 10 minutes that I was in good hands. Mark and Joe walked me out to my car, did the inspection asked a few questions and gave me a quote quite a bit lower than the other two. Also some of the things they pointed out to me, contradicted some of the statements of the other shops, that I had questioned in my mind. Plus the repair timeline was approx 2 days as opposed to 7 to 10 days for the other shops. But the number one reason I’d recommend Maaco PDX is their knowledge, integrity, honesty, and follow through. I felt as if I could trust them, and they didn’t let me down. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs assistance, they’ll come through for you. They know their business and they are simply awesome!”

“Our car's rear quarter panel was sticking out from a parking lot incident. I had a quote from one place of over $3700 and they said it would likely be more if there was damage underneath that they could not see. I asked the other business if they could just push it back in and not worry about replacing the whole bumper, repainting the back of the car, etc., etc., etc. They said no. I took it to Si's, and he said let me see if I can push it back into its original position. I asked how much he would charge, and he said if I can get it back in it will only take 15 minutes and I would not feel right charging you for it. He did get it back in, and I will be a lifelong customer of Si's should we need any auto body repair in the future!”

“Picked up battery locally for my 2012 Toyota Camry XLE. Fairly easy install. Brandon in Gresham, OR. was great to work with as were the folks on the phone while ordering. At one point I thought I was experiencing a drained battery issue but, after talking to Brandon and paying attention I realized the old battery did not have the juice to drive down my 2 mile road at 25mph and the new battery does, which is why I thought I was losing juice over night when I was actually draining it down while driving home in the last 2mi stretch. It scares me seeing it showing low bars, as soon as I started driving the next day it would charge and work great. Very happy with my purchase and the service that I have received at Greentec!”
