“Drop my daughter’s iPhone 13 off screen was lifting honestly I thought we’d have to purchase an entirely new phone. She did not want a new phone as you can imagine a 16-year-old as her life on her phone. . . Not only was it only the battery The technician Gary was amazing. We dropped it off at two and it was completely fixed by 2:45. Under 100 bucks fast click reliable, friendly amazing service. Definitely recommend stopping in. Thank you, Gary also Ariana, young lady who helped us get checked in was great. She mentioned she was New had only been there three weeks, but she could’ve told me she was wonderful. “I was trying to get home to Seattle and my car started riding rough and I pulled into this O'Reilly's and Cleetus spent over 2 hours trying to diagnose with the check engine light diagnostic test and helped me put in spark plugs, tried an O2 Sensor and a coil pack...it did ease some of the symptoms, enough for me to get home and get it to my mechanic! I am extremely grateful for his knowledge, willingness to help and patience to ensure I could get home! If you want above and beyond customer service and expertise, stop by this O'Reilly's!”
