“I had a new pair of Apple Air Pod’s that I had only used a few times. All of a sudden the adapter charger wasn’t staying connected to Air Pods charging case. I brought them to Fix Hut. The person named, Paul, that was working said they didn’t normally work on Air Pods, but he would take a look at them. A short time later he came from the back of the store and had fixed the issue. Tried to offer him some money, but he just said “happy holidays” and wouldn’t accept a payment. Will be bringing my I'-Phone or I-pad here for any future needs. Much more friendly and convenient than trying to use the internet or Apple Support.”
“Friendly, educational, and ethical! I previously bought a battery here and found their prices very fair, but after recently having battery issues from underuse, they helped me restore my current battery function (though not bought from them) when they could have pushed me into buying a new one (which had already happened the week before when getting an oil change elsewhere). Also have tips and advice for avoiding this issue in the future. A breath of fresh air!”

“Very helpful with key fob repair. When months later I needed a replacement of a part I bought there but no longer had the receipt for, they located the purchase on their end and replaced it without charge. (And while I was there, I saw them fix another customer's fob without even selling her a part.) Just super helpful people.”
“Came here yesterday for a motorcycle battery. Service was super fast, the guy knew exactly what I needed, went into the back and had it in my hands in maybe a minute. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the perfect battery for my bike. My only wish would be that the 10% discount for online order / in-store pick up wasn't applied as I didn't know about it till after the fact. That is a bit of a let down...... but otherwise, everything was awesome.

I needed a headlight replaced, and Orlando helped me figure out the warranty -- I didn't have receipts or anything on me, but he got my taken care of all the same and was so helpful & patient. And then Bobby helped me swap the bulb out in my car (I would have had no clue where to start if I'd tried to do that myself!) -- and he also identified that I had another small bulb out and replaced that one too! I'm seriously so grateful for the expertise and kindness of the staff here.”
