“My key fob for my car died, happened to go into a nearby Batteries Plus and was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. I was asked for my phone # and was told that in 2022, I bought a battery for my fob and I paid a little more for a replacement plan, so I paid nothing more today. Great service, gained knowledge on other batteries they offer. Thank you!”
“It would be virtually impossible for me to give anything above a 4 star rating for any modern Auto parts store because you just don't find knowledgeable people at the counters any more like you did 15 or 20 years ago, so in that aspect they're as good as you'd expect to find anywhere else. In all other aspects they were just fine.”

Zach was the technician who worked on my car, and I have to say — he and the other young men working there were above and beyond. They were quick, professional, and genuinely kind. My battery was installed in about 15 minutes, with free installation and a five-year warranty — all while feeling like I was getting personal, attentive service.
