“My appointment was at 3:00pm and I was out at 3:03. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable— I had come with printed instructions on Canadian passport photo requirements but they were already on top of it and knew exactly what was needed.
I regret not bringing my dog so his photo could be added to the wall of dog photos!”

“I seldom have to send anything via UPS so this was a new experience for me. Both employees at the desk were helping other customers when I came in. Shortly after, several other customers came in, and I appreciated the calm and unflustered manner each employee maintained as the line grew. When my turn came, the man who assisted me set me on the right path with the correct envelope I needed instead of the one I'd taken from the shelf. I appreciate his helpfulness and how he made the experience a breeze.”

It has a million little chocthkis knick knacks and curiose tucked in amongs the bric-a-brac and honey funk. She was so patient and walked me through the process and she deserves a big shout-out!!!!! Thankful for her!”

Don’t dis-encourage hard working postman, be nice and help them do better. At least, all employees here in West Linn location are super nice and friendly, eager to help.”

“I've had nothing but positive and pleasant experiences at the Mountain Park Postal Annex. Customers complaining about storage fees for excessive mail apparently didn't read the agreement they signed when they paid for a mailbox, which clearly states limits and fees for how many packages you can receive each month that don't fit in your box. Those who don't like the $1 fee for USPS drop offs can drop their mail in the free USPS box in the parking lot or take larger packages down the street to the post office. To save on the cost of postage, sign up for a free account online with Pirate Ship and print your labels at home. You'll save a lot of money and spend less time in the store.”

“I just wanted to share that the person doing passports that helped me today made a lasting impression on me. They were so kind and calm and made the situation less stressful. Getting a passport and dealing with official documents and stuff always stresses me out; I’m just an anxious girlie and this person was so lovely to interact with and really made the experience so pleasant! Also it literally took 15 mins… so quick and easy!! I forgot your name, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much again :) <3 highly recommend this location for your passport needs !”
“I've come in many times to drop off pre-paid packages, never had any issues. It just typically adds one more day before the package gets its first scan compared to dropping off at the post office, in my experience. I've also had copies made here and shipped a few packages, staff have always been attentive and courteous. Note if you mail a package from here, the rates are more expensive than the post office, and prices on packaging are steep, so you're paying for the convinience.”

They also do Passport photos, and a bunch of other services. Bonus—there’s a very cute antique mall downstairs.”
