“This place is busy but they get you in and out so don’t worry about it. The parking is not all that great but get in there get your package and send it off. They know what they’re doing… I’ve used them multiple times..”

“My appointment was at 3:00pm and I was out at 3:03. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable— I had come with printed instructions on Canadian passport photo requirements but they were already on top of it and knew exactly what was needed.
I regret not bringing my dog so his photo could be added to the wall of dog photos!”

Professional and friendly service seems harder and harder to find but not for Ray. The way I see it is, shipping costs are high everywhere so might as well be treated nice in the process.”

Don’t dis-encourage hard working postman, be nice and help them do better. At least, all employees here in West Linn location are super nice and friendly, eager to help.”
“Are two blocks forward of actually UPS store and it's kind of hard to see because the tree is blocking the actual store the store front is white is right across the tap tap PDX and it's really hard to see inside they don't even have anything on the on the ground play flip out signs or anything else like that. If you use Google maps it will put you right in front of a closed dog store. And right across from that is nectar.
All I can say is the staff is really accommodating really friendly got everything taken care of and I was able to get my package in even though it was after 5:00 p.m. amazing service”
“I wanted to let other artists in Portland that print out their work, know that this specific UPS Store location is by far the best for printing regular sizes and large format prints. The quality and expertise of the people that do the printing are the best ive found in PDX. They are very experienced and go beyond the call of duty to get the results you want. This store is out of the way for me, and I had to stop going here because of some heart problems so I tried some other locations and businesses close to me, and my productivity level has plumeted. The prices are way more expensive at other places (even other UPS Stores) and NOBODY is at the experience level of the printers at the PSU location. Because of my heart, I just went to the location nearest me, and tried to get a simple 11x17 poster of myself and they cut off my head and couldnt fix it. The heart issues that keep me away from the PSU location has given me a broken heart from not having the price and quality I was getting. I literally lost my ability to get the results I want and have to pay way more for it. There are a many talented staff members at the PSU office, but I think Sonia is the name of the employee that I prefered to work with. I never had to worry about her cutting off my head and she learned how I liked my printing. I wish I had no heart problems so I could come back here and do art again. If you go, tell them that the trouble maker with the big mouth and broken heart sent you.”

“I've had nothing but positive and pleasant experiences at the Mountain Park Postal Annex. Customers complaining about storage fees for excessive mail apparently didn't read the agreement they signed when they paid for a mailbox, which clearly states limits and fees for how many packages you can receive each month that don't fit in your box. Those who don't like the $1 fee for USPS drop offs can drop their mail in the free USPS box in the parking lot or take larger packages down the street to the post office. To save on the cost of postage, sign up for a free account online with Pirate Ship and print your labels at home. You'll save a lot of money and spend less time in the store.”
“This place is the best. Love the Amazon returns kiosk and when I do need some help or have something to send UPS the guys behind the counter are always polite and happy to help. It’s also great to have a place to drop US mail because there are hardly any public mailboxes around anymore and my mailman doesn’t seem to like taking outgoing mail. AND they have a parking lot! Bonus in this neighborhood for sure. Highly recommend.”

“I've come in many times to drop off pre-paid packages, never had any issues. It just typically adds one more day before the package gets its first scan compared to dropping off at the post office, in my experience. I've also had copies made here and shipped a few packages, staff have always been attentive and courteous. Note if you mail a package from here, the rates are more expensive than the post office, and prices on packaging are steep, so you're paying for the convinience.”

They also do Passport photos, and a bunch of other services. Bonus—there’s a very cute antique mall downstairs.”
