“I have been trying to retrieve a Christmas gift that was shipped internationally and delivered to my work mailbox (my work mailbox key opens a box for a different store in my complex, so I cannot access our specific box). I have made many attempts to put in a request to have it redelivered with no luck or response from USPS. Luckily as I was leaving today, I was able to catch the mail carrier, Abigail, who was kind enough to open the box and after checking my ID, was able to give me the gift that had been sitting in the box since late January. Abigail went above and beyond to give excellent customer service and did more in about 3 minutes than the USPS has done in 3 months. Please recognize her for her efforts.”
“Rae helped me send an international package this afternoon, and she went way above and beyond to help me get it sent correctly. She was so patient through the whole process, which was especially amazing given that it was Friday afternoon just before closing time. Thank you!”
“I’ve had nothing but good, helpful, and friendly service at this USPS location over a 25 year span of time. Yes, sometimes waiting in line is part of the deal, but it’s so they can give each person AHEAD OF YOU, the attention needed by their matter, which was there before YOURS.”

“I ran in at 8:55 in the morning they opened at 9:00 and there was already a line. LOL anyway I was the third person in line and I paid my $170 for the full year of a post office box. The clerk was very courteous and sweet and she advised that they were already short one person for the day. Anyway great little post office in Fairview.”

“Super friendly employees, only been delayed during Holiday season when EVERYONE was there to mail stuff out. Rest of the time its usually empty. I've gone around lunch break and after work and close to closing and its always either empty or a handful of people, and the employees are welcoming.
Parking is limited and sucks sometimes, but that's everywhere in PDX.”
“My wife and I have used this location for over 27 years now. We have 3 local businesses and use USPS a lot. Mark and the current staff here are amazing. Every now and then I stop in at Neaf rd. and am reminded of just how great this location is!”
“Friendly staff, easy to walk there if you live in FoPo. They can be a little busy in the afternoon but wait time is decent. Good selection of stamps and supplies. If you drive, parking lot is okay too.”

“Well, ya know, it's the USPS. It's not a restaurant or a nail salon. They don't work for tips, and it's a hard job, even when you don't have to deal with the public. But who else is going to take a hand addressed letter from a 12 year old in Brooklyn, PDX, and deliver it to, idk..say... Perth. For $0.45? Anyone??..that's right, nobody but the USPS. This is our little neighborhood post office, and I, for one, appreciate their hard work. Also, I've never had an issue or seen anyone have an issue here at this particular branch. Smells fine, too.”
“Not sure why all the negative reviews. I always call this location when my package is lost and they've always been super helpful. And the staff there is friendly if you need to come in to pick up a package. I don't think people know how good they have it here compared to other cities/states.”

“I am a big fan of all the employees at the Milwaukie post office. I know they have the weekends off, so go then boo-hoo but they are always so reliable whenever I am there Monday through Friday they all rock and I respect each and everyone of them.”
“Not the most timely service for deliveries, but I haven't dealt with this location in-person, except for once. I had some packages that they held after not being able to verify my new address for some reason. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. I went by one day and the service desk was closed, but it was within the time frame he gave me. I knocked and he had left a note on my packages for an easy pickup. I appreciated his service and that he corrected the issue. Side note: they don't answer when you call. He saw my inquiry after being unable to reach anyone and he called me.”

“How dare the post office follow government policy, and federal law! This post office refused to vault over my electric fence. Run past my 3 attack dogs, and have it on my door my 10am! This is absolutely unfair!”
“Never had an issue getting the front desk staff to do their job. Generally pleasant experience; the often long line is a result of Gresham having only one post office and it being understaffed. Still have never had them refuse to scan packages unlike other stations.
The addition of the large parcel self-serve kiosk has made having to wait for PO Box service much less frustrating.”
“I visited this location for passport photos. Employee Clay did an excellent job for me. I noticed that they make yard signs for city council candidates too when the candidate dropped in. They also rent mailboxes, offer fingerprinting, along with other services. This is a well-run, family-owned, local business with strong neighborhood ties.”
“Kay is fantastic and totally saved the day for me and my family. She took her time to find my package when the address label had been messed up. Kay is a 5* person and provides excellent service!”
