“I thought my transmission was shot and pretty much I would be giving my car away for parts for a few hundred dollars. Not worth fixing.They diagnosed it...pretty minor repair and not expensive! They could have tried to screw me ( said I was in need of a total rebuild or whatever) and I would have believed what they said. THESE GUYS were HONEST! Very difficult to find now days! I will be going back to them for all my repair needs in the future...absolutely stand up guys !”

“I originally came to master tech Gresham with a worn out steering lock housing. They said it could possibly take up to 6 months to fix because they had to get a new key code from the manufacturer. They were able to get me up and going again in a little over a month! They also noticed that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced too and suggested that they replace it before they returned it back to me. During the time they had my car I came to the shop on two separate occasions to get something out of my car. On one occasion my rear passenger door was left ajar and on another occasion my drivers side window was left down. And upon return of my car after the initial steering lock housing was fixed and serpentine belt replaced, my car was covered in tree sap from on of the fir trees nearby. Those are the areas I noticed needed improvement (but we all have room for improvement).
A couple months after having my car back I noticed that the steering column cover wasn’t on correctly. I contacted master tech and they said to bring it back in and they would take a look at it. Upon inspection and trying to fix it they said the part was brittle and needed to be replaced. These guys took it upon themselves to get the steering column fixed and they stuck with it until it was fixed correctly even when they were sent the wrong cover and some that were broken from their supplier. They got my car fixed back to how it was before I brought it in. I appreciate everything they did!
I marked overpriced because it was expensive but I also understand the Labor and the situation my car was in. The team at master tech is great and they will ensure the work is done properly”

“My car overheated on a Friday at 5:30pm. Both the person who answered the phone and Josh, the recovery specialist who towed my car, were chill, polite, and friendly. I was told the price and that it would take 30-45 minutes for them to arrive, and both estimates were accurate and reasonable. Nobody wants to have their car towed, but when you need a tow, this is as good as it gets.”

“I have been coming here for a long time to get my oil changed and have been extremely happy with their customer service, especially with Bob, who has always been super kind and helpful. For example, today when I came in, they mentioned that based on my mileage, I actually didn't need an oil change yet. To top it off, because I had been unsuccessful replacing my tail light because I couldn't get a bolt out, I asked them if they had any suggestions. Austin was kind enough to come out and try to get the bolt out and after several tries, we ended up agreeing that cutting off the bolt was the only way to get it out. He then went back into the shop to retrieve a cut off tool and cut off the head of the bolt, which allowed me to replace the taillight. I asked him how much I owed, and he said nothing, even after about 20 minutes of work. I'm extremely happy!”

The work was done quickly and accurately, I then inquired. about rental opportunities as I want to take my E-trike to various destinations. Not only was I quoted great pricing, but was also enlightened about getting a platform rather than a trailer to put in my new hitch that would accommodate my needs. “I stopped by this shop with a non-working window on my 2003 Mitsubishi Montero that was in the open position. They were able to close the window for me thereby resolving my immediate problem at no charge.
They were also able to locate reasonably priced parts that I would need for the repair. This impressed me because, prior to going to this shop, I spent an hour online searching for the parts I would need for this obscure model of car without success.
I plan to return to this shop for any future repair needs for my Montero.”
