For example, today when I came in, they mentioned that based on my mileage, I actually didn't need an oil change yet. To top it off, because I had been unsuccessful replacing my tail light because I couldn't get a bolt out, I asked them if they had any suggestions. Austin was kind enough to come out and try to get the bolt out and after several tries, we ended up agreeing that cutting off the bolt was the only way to get it out. He then went back into the shop to retrieve a cut off tool and cut off the head of the bolt, which allowed me to replace the taillight. I asked him how much I owed, and he said nothing, even after about 20 minutes of work. I'm extremely happy!”
