“I have been coming here for a long time to get my oil changed and have been extremely happy with their customer service, especially with Bob, who has always been super kind and helpful. For example, today when I came in, they mentioned that based on my mileage, I actually didn't need an oil change yet. To top it off, because I had been unsuccessful replacing my tail light because I couldn't get a bolt out, I asked them if they had any suggestions. Austin was kind enough to come out and try to get the bolt out and after several tries, we ended up agreeing that cutting off the bolt was the only way to get it out. He then went back into the shop to retrieve a cut off tool and cut off the head of the bolt, which allowed me to replace the taillight. I asked him how much I owed, and he said nothing, even after about 20 minutes of work. I'm extremely happy!”

“I had a really desperate and big problem with the transmission and shocks. Kelly diagnosed the problem incredibly fast, found the parts we needed and got the car back to us running well, within 2 days of being asked to help. This was nothing short of a miracle and a life saver for people in need. Thank you so much! I will be returning with all my car needs.”

“U haul is the best in town for installation of tow packages. This is the 2nd time I have used them. Part markup is minimal, their installation is reliable, and they beat everyone else in price.”
