Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. Considering the rotation was free, paying $100 to make sure the oil change is done right gives me some peace of mind. You can get better deals elsewhere but Les Schwab does it well.

Made an appointment for 11am the afternoon before. Customer service at the desk was A++ and they were able to diagnose my mystery noise as a loose undershield - plus they foundnd a screw in a tire I didn't even know about! And didn't charge. Will be back for sure
