“Nah. Except for one maintenance personnel, I really haven't had any issues with Umbrella. I do think they should consider turning Woodland Creek into condo units the tenants can potentially buy wink wink. Even when calling Coburg I've had very positive interactions. They were here when we needed them and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The rent is much cheaper than NJ.”

“I absolutely loved living here. The staff are very responsive to concerns. When I moved out, everything went as expected and smoothly. Even after I moved out and needed a rental reference, the staff helped me and were attentive. I highly recommend Jenna Village. It's a wonderful pet friendly community.”

“They had a huge problem with the manager from hexx DEBBIE. They fired her finally and BRIAN, the former maintenance person has taken over and is doing a superb job. They are lucky that DEBBIE didn't drive him off. Cost-effective and well run at last.”

“I’ve lived at Brentwood for three years now. We’d stay longer if we hadn’t purchased a house recently. It’s a decent place. Management responds quickly to concerns, the grounds are kept relatively clean and the actual structure of the townhome is sturdy. Walls are not too thin so you won’t hear any neighbors nearly as much as you would at most complexes.Downsides: parking is horrendous. You’re given a garage but they are on the smaller side and if you have multiple vehicles it’s a nightmare to park. The communal gym is usually overrun with children. Although management has tried to mitigate this they can’t keep the kids from getting in after the office closes so the place is usually a wreck. I’ve had to ask small children to leave multiple times.”
