“Chase Village is one of the best apartment complexes in Eugene. Worked with a number of the staff, including Paula Lynch in the business office and they were always helpful and responsive. Highly recommend checking out their places.”
“I lived here for over 7 years. I liked the layout and floor plan of the apartments and I liked the location. Close to everything. Whenever I had an appliance that wasn’t working out for me in one way or another they replaced it with a new one. Maintenance calls took 1 day every time. The office staff was always very nice and they were there almost every time I visited. My neighbors were quiet and respectful. If there was any crime at all, I didn’t know about it. It was the kind of place you feel safe walking around at night, every time. You’d think being kind of at the corner of beltline and delta highway that you’d hear a bunch of road noise. I didn’t. They put up a huge concrete wall to block the sound. They keep the grounds really nice looking and the river and a fountain path was really close by for any walking or biking. Many people walk their dogs and are friendly. People actually pick up after their dogs. They have many amenities but I just didn’t use them very often. I saw them though and they were also nice. They do a different social event at the office about once a month, also didn’t take part in those but I’m sure they were fun. They made the move in and move out process very simple. I’m glad I lived there.”

Although I am a college student, I chose to move here because of the size of the unit, the garage and the cost, it worked out the best. I have been staying here for a little over year now and I am confident in my review.
Update:
2 years later and my lease is at its end and I’m somewhat sad to be leaving. I have just graduated and I strongly believe that moving to Brentwood Estate was the best decision I made. My neighbors have been great, the maintenance staff have completed all my service requests within a reasonable time and the front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Brentwood to anyone looking for a home in the Springfield Eugene area.”
