“I went into the store to purchase a phone for my elderly mother. Drea and Alexis went above and beyond to help me set everything up and provide helpful information. Drea found a promotion for a free screen protector and charger in the store and Alexis ported over all of my mother's information and even applied the screen protector for me. I was blown away by the high level of service and highly recommend them. They are true treasures!”

“Recently, I’ve been having issues with not being able to use any of my apps, so I dropped into the Cornelius Verizon store for help. Tony spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting and finally resolved the issue. He was very kind, patient and courteous. Thank you!”
