“brought my 3DS for what we thought was a screen replacement. he let me know he’d never worked on a DS before, but still took the time to figure it out. it turned out a different part was needed, which is why it took about a month. he was very kind and communicative about the parts and kept me updated the whole time. i was nervous, but everything works perfectly now! so thankful to have it back, and i definitely will come back if needed. thank you!!!”
“Went in to start a new phone plan with my spouse. One previous line was coming from Verizon and one from AT&T already. Carley was incredibly helpful getting us all taken care of. Made wonderful recommendations for phones, service and protection plans. Earlier in the day we had chatted with an AT&T rep at a kiosk in another store about swapping but could tell the difference in knowledge and expertise when we sat down with Carley. 10/10 would do it again and send anyone thinking of switching her way”

“Carley was by far the most helpful associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with at this store. She is very friendly, knowledgable, and dedicated to making sure that you are fully satisified by the end of your visit. She reminds me so much of my late wife that I constantly have to stop myself from coming into this location just to talk to her. Sometimes I will just sit in the parking lot and gaze through the window for a couple of hours and the associates don't seem to mind which I also appreciate. I would highly recommend this location and their very helpful staff but I espically recommend Carley!!”
