At first I had him order the cheapest tyres but decided I wanted better ones, and even after the first ones were delivered he let me simply exchange them for better ones and pay the difference. Dropped my car off and gave my key, rode my bike to eat while they worked on the car. They ensured my new EV didn’t need any special treatment before putting it on the lift by calling me. They placed cardboard inside the car to protect everything before putting in my old winter tyres into the car.
Communication is clear, straight forward and quick. Call in, tell them your tyre size, discuss your price range and then pick your tyres. Or bring your own tyres to have them replace with.
Pricing is 50x better than Les Schwab, you get name brand tyres for the same price Les Schwab sells their Walmart level (Cooper) tyres. Go to Jose’s Tires, do not go to Les Schwab.”
