“We lost the Ace store in my town so I placed an online order with the Corvallis store. I called before going to make sure they had the EGO kit I wanted and to see if I could pick it up the next day. The staff was very nice and said that was no problem?.
I recently broke my wrist, so when I got there and asked if they could help take the weedeater, blower and accessories out to my rig. They had two employees take the items out to my car and I was super satisfied with their willingness to go out in the rain and help me out.
I would highly recommend coming here if you like excellent customer service in a hardware store that offers a great selection!!”
“I walked in with a simple design for planter boxes but didn't know where to grab the best cuts for the project in their yard and Linn (sorry if I'm spelling that wrong) and the rest of the guys that work there were tremendously helpful in narrowing down the material choices and helped me load it on my truck. “Does home Depot is amazing a little bit smaller than the one I'm used to but they try really hard and friendly the only downside is I wish it was better access in the loading Bay for walking across to get to the store they always block off the entrance other than that they're killing it”
“Excellent returns service, the other time I bought a hand tool that after 20 days presented me with flaws, for obvious reasons I no longer had the box in which I bought it and a storage with which it came, so I went to the store and they accepted it without problems, which in L@w3s no, there I bought a ratchet screw driver that a week went wrong and they told me that they could not replace it because it did not have its packaging and also they can’t make the replace of it, so I have to contact the seller of that . So if you prefer security in what you buy, better go to the home depot and don't waste time and money in another store.”
