“Great experience every time I walk into this store. They are kind, loving, and helpful every time I come into this store. Its not like I'm a number walking into this store. I feel like I'm a member of the family every time I walk into this store. I gave the Eugene Mini Pet Mart a 3 star rating for labeling me a thief just because of the way I dressed that day. I've been shopping at the Mini Pet Mart in Springfield for many years and I love this place. The Eugene location had me labeled as a thief. I'm a Commercial Driver full time and I go to College part time online. It did not feel good to get profiled as a thief by the Eugene location, but that will not stop me from shopping at the Springfield location. I make alot of money, because I work hard for it. I grew up very poor as a child. Like I lived in real life poverty as a child. I'm proud to say that today I make more money then both of those store clerks at the Eugene Mini Pet Mart location put together. I'm not the little spick in rags anymore. I can buy both of those store clerks cars and houses if they ain't still renting a house.”
“My fiancee and I came in to buy our first cowboy boots yesterday and Jordyn helped us. She was so friendly and personable. She was extremely knowledgeable about the boots and gave us a lot of really good tips!
We did have to come back today because his boots were not fitting like he wanted, and Jordyn was right there to help him find the best fit and get the insoles that he needed. Overall, we had a great experience with the exchange and all of the employees involved were graceful about it and very helpful. We love this Wilco ❤”

“Actually, spent most of my time in the Cricket store trouble shooting my device. Now that store has some amazingly intelligent representatives. In fact, one certain employee at this location actually had been my female service technician at jiffy lube last year. Talk about multi talented.”

Hit and miss with customer service at the check stand. 2times had great service and checking rewards etc... but one of the last 3 visits had a checker who really didn't appear to want to be there, not friendly and not helpful when asked questions, it was like she really didn't care and didn't answer or just a very short No with a tone...”
