“I truly love this neighborhood pet store! I've been shopping here for years and the staff is always friendly, caring and helpful as well as knowledgeable across a wide variety of topics. They are always genuinely happy to talk through any issues my pets may be having and offer insights about my pet's health. The store has a great selection of food, supplements and toys at fair prices. I'm grateful to have them in my neighborhood and will continue to shop here for many years to come.”

“Great experience every time I walk into this store. They are kind, loving, and helpful every time I come into this store. Its not like I'm a number walking into this store. I feel like I'm a member of the family every time I walk into this store. I gave the Eugene Mini Pet Mart a 3 star rating for labeling me a thief just because of the way I dressed that day. I've been shopping at the Mini Pet Mart in Springfield for many years and I love this place. The Eugene location had me labeled as a thief. I'm a Commercial Driver full time and I go to College part time online. It did not feel good to get profiled as a thief by the Eugene location, but that will not stop me from shopping at the Springfield location. I make alot of money, because I work hard for it. I grew up very poor as a child. Like I lived in real life poverty as a child. I'm proud to say that today I make more money then both of those store clerks at the Eugene Mini Pet Mart location put together. I'm not the little spick in rags anymore. I can buy both of those store clerks cars and houses if they ain't still renting a house.”
“My fiancee and I came in to buy our first cowboy boots yesterday and Jordyn helped us. She was so friendly and personable. She was extremely knowledgeable about the boots and gave us a lot of really good tips!
We did have to come back today because his boots were not fitting like he wanted, and Jordyn was right there to help him find the best fit and get the insoles that he needed. Overall, we had a great experience with the exchange and all of the employees involved were graceful about it and very helpful. We love this Wilco ❤”
“Eugene Animal Hospital is a great place to take my/ouranimals to – we have two cats and two dogs. They are very good with the animals and take good care of them. They are also very helpful with me getting in and out and Helping me with anything as I’m disabled. Everyone there is very nice and very kind. It’s always a pleasure to see them even if it’s not a good reason to go - it you have a sick animal. They all seem to actually care about the animals, as if it really matters to them, which is really refreshing and makes a difference to us. Our “ Babies” are very important to us now that our children are all grown and out of the home. I would Definitely recommend going to Eugene Animal Hospital.”

“I'm not from this area, but always stop by to see Travis and his crew. They're extremely helpful and focused on serving their customers needs. Trust me, they don't care where you came from - but they ARE happy to see your face when you walk in. They have TONS of different items for your pets, your livestock and your home. This week, I have to be in Portland and will be making a side trip to see The Great Beardo (Travis) and the crew!”

“Actually, spent most of my time in the Cricket store trouble shooting my device. Now that store has some amazingly intelligent representatives. In fact, one certain employee at this location actually had been my female service technician at jiffy lube last year. Talk about multi talented.”
“I don’t write reviews and try not to shop at petsmart, because it is true that chain pet stores have poor genetics when it comes to animals. Nonetheless, I adopted four female mice about one month ago and had health issues in one of them. Rachel, the manager at this location has ensure that even such a small animal is respected and cared for to the fullest extent, and has put up with my worrying with grace and empathy. My vet care for the mouse is covered even outside of the 14-day return allowance on live animals, which was completely provided based on the kindness in her heart and the willingness to share important resources like an exotic vet with a customer who is outside of the bounds on their corporate rules. In my opinion, this is the best location in Eugene and Rachel should be promoted!”

Hit and miss with customer service at the check stand. 2times had great service and checking rewards etc... but one of the last 3 visits had a checker who really didn't appear to want to be there, not friendly and not helpful when asked questions, it was like she really didn't care and didn't answer or just a very short No with a tone...”
