“They went above and beyond to help me today. My mail box was taken down at my apartment complex and due to be replaced. Meanwhile I was waiting for very important tax documents. When I went in they not only listen to my concerns about where my mail would be delivered but they even sent a carrier to my front door with those very important documents as soon as they came in. Thanks again for your help.”

“Let's ignore the (sometimes) very long line and concentrate on the friendly, respectful staff at the counter. My last visit definitely merited 5 stars, but there wasn't a line, so I'm already in a good mood before getting service. Staff member, Tim, was as usual efficient, friendly and helpful. The USPS is unusual in the US. It's not owned and operated to benefit corporate greed. It's a service that should be cherished and appreciated.”

“What’s with all the bad reviews from disgruntled people online? This place is awesome. ZERO complaints from me. Everyone is great here and I have access to my PO Box after hours which is fabulous because I can’t always make it to the post office earlier in the afternoon. 5 stars! I have had PO Boxes/mailing addresses in other places in the past (within Oregon AND out of state/out of the country) and this post office location is hassle-free with good people. No complaints here. It’s great! ??”

“Excellent experience with the lovely passport agent! I was applying for my son's first US passport, and the process was extremely quick and efficient. We were out of the building five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Made the appointment online and received plenty of communication about which documents I needed to bring, as well as a reminder of the appointment early this morning. The website stated that the appointment would be about 15 minutes, but we were in the office for maybe five.”
“You can only drop off pre paid packages and mail here, but this has better hours than most other full post offices, and the staff are really friendly. I don't understand people posting random complaints about their mail delivery to this post office location.”

“The postmaster listens and tries to address delivery issues plus does deliveries as they are short staffed. We do not receive all of our mail order deliveries and it is an ongoing issue. We share our house number with a house on Oregon Street and there are some issues with packages being delivered to the wrong house. Over all, there are issues, and I think the service is adequate even if inconvenient from time to time.”
