“Great service despite being inside a convenience store. It's not a full service post office but fast and easy for simple mailings. Almost never a line. Clerks are quick and courteous and you can pick up a nice bottle of wine in their wine cellar while you're there.”
“this USPS postal provider is located in the back left of Hirons next to safeway. I had questions about an international stamped envelope and called before going. they were informative and helpful over the phone, and when I arrived there double checked my postage and would have helped in sending but I needed one extra stamp bc of weight which I had at home. Overall a positive experience. No one else was there but it was also 9:30 in the morning.”

As a frequent visitor and mailbox renter here, I can't recommend the River Road location enough. The staff are consistently knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, even during their busiest hours, they keep things moving efficiently.
They have fantastic, affordable mailbox rentals that make managing mail incredibly easy. The layout is super convenient too: there’s a 24/7 self-service kiosk for quick drop-offs, a drive-up Mail Drop box outside when you're on the go, and they always have plenty of free packaging and boxes available in the lobby. If you need full-service help, the counter staff are always incredibly helpful during business hours. A stellar local team that makes errands a breeze for me!”

“This is the main post office I go to and for the entire 2 years I’ve lived in Eugene the staff here has been outstanding. They always have friendly conversation even when customers are MEAN as hell to them. They help you out as much as they can and always keep things moving fast. “I was a bit nervous after renting a po box online for this location after the reviews. I'm not sure if the previous reviewers are talking about the same postal worker or not. Either way, the postal worker is nice and does a good job, haven't had an issue that wasn't easy to resolve.”
