“Absolute best post office in Eugene!
As a frequent visitor and mailbox renter here, I can't recommend the River Road location enough. The staff are consistently knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, even during their busiest hours, they keep things moving efficiently.
They have fantastic, affordable mailbox rentals that make managing mail incredibly easy. The layout is super convenient too: there’s a 24/7 self-service kiosk for quick drop-offs, a drive-up Mail Drop box outside when you're on the go, and they always have plenty of free packaging and boxes available in the lobby. If you need full-service help, the counter staff are always incredibly helpful during business hours. A stellar local team that makes errands a breeze for me!”
“Great service despite being inside a convenience store. It's not a full service post office but fast and easy for simple mailings. Almost never a line. Clerks are quick and courteous and you can pick up a nice bottle of wine in their wine cellar while you're there.”

“Excellent experience with the lovely passport agent! I was applying for my son's first US passport, and the process was extremely quick and efficient. We were out of the building five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Made the appointment online and received plenty of communication about which documents I needed to bring, as well as a reminder of the appointment early this morning. The website stated that the appointment would be about 15 minutes, but we were in the office for maybe five.”

“I was a bit nervous after renting a po box online for this location after the reviews. I'm not sure if the previous reviewers are talking about the same postal worker or not. Either way, the postal worker is nice and does a good job, haven't had an issue that wasn't easy to resolve.”
