“My favorite post office, ever! The staff is so nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Example, I needed to send a letter with a key and used a forever stamp, but unbeknownst to me, it was not enough postage. I didn’t have my debit card or cash on me. The postal clerk told me not to worry about it - she had my back. I am forever grateful to her. She also had warned me in the past not to park in the parking lot next to the USPS as they started handing out tickets. Mike also is very helpful and they both always have a smile ready when I come in.”
“this USPS postal provider is located in the back left of Hirons next to safeway. I had questions about an international stamped envelope and called before going. they were informative and helpful over the phone, and when I arrived there double checked my postage and would have helped in sending but I needed one extra stamp bc of weight which I had at home. Overall a positive experience. No one else was there but it was also 9:30 in the morning.”

“This is the main post office I go to and for the entire 2 years I’ve lived in Eugene the staff here has been outstanding. They always have friendly conversation even when customers are MEAN as hell to them. They help you out as much as they can and always keep things moving fast. “Excellent experience with the lovely passport agent! I was applying for my son's first US passport, and the process was extremely quick and efficient. We were out of the building five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Made the appointment online and received plenty of communication about which documents I needed to bring, as well as a reminder of the appointment early this morning. The website stated that the appointment would be about 15 minutes, but we were in the office for maybe five.”
“First, our mail delivery people are great. The office was a bit tricky to figure out. Hope my pictures help someone else.
The office:
There are only 2 handicap parking spaces and 1 normal one. It looks like everyone else parks in the mud… So this means jumping the curb or driving over a crosswalk. The curb is all red Fire Lane by the retirement facility, so no parking along there.
Anyway, they open at 11, and it’s just a postal pickup window for missed delivery pink slips.
As far as the delivery, my packages are often early, sometimes late. But when it’s pouring rain, they put them in plastic bags before setting them by the door. Never had anyone do this, but it is so greatly appreciated. They’re friendly out our way. Sometimes packages are a bit worse for wear, but when those boxes come from far away, I know MANY hands have touched them, so I’m not blaming my delivery crew. I think we’re pretty lucky in the delivery department. And I’m almost always here, so when the dog sees them, I do. They’re always prompt and respectful. So thank you for that.”

“What a difference between post offices. Weston help us out in 2 seconds. The office in Pleasent Hill gave us the run around.We have been trying to get address changed for 2 months. Just happened to stop in to Crestwell post office, and all I can say is WOW! GREAT JOB.”
