“I have been a patron of this place for years, for everything from printing bulk flyers or individual papers to fingerprinting, purchasing local art and packing/mailing packages. Megan truly goes above and beyond and the other employees are great as well. They literally make you feel like family. There has never been a time when the staff has erred or been unhelpful to me, and whenever I'm in, no matter what time of day, I see so many people like me who are return customers on first-name basis with the staff -- because most folks who use this place for any service never go anywhere else for shipping/packing/printing ever again. I absolutely could not recommend them enough. Frankly anybody who has left a nasty review for this place probably has a cursed personality.”

“This place is AMAZING for shipping, mailbox rentals, copies, everything they offer. Of course every small business has limitations, these aren't flaws of the business.The complaints also seem ridiculous; "more than one document notarized" probably means they had 10 mortgage documents that were not prepared (I've seen it firsthand doing business here for years)"Racist" when this place is all inclusive and welcoming to all people, even those who don't do business there.'Notarized me document is a language you can't read' - despite the Oregon Secretary of State prohibiting that.The smell - really? It smells great in there.Come on now. Instead of complaining, find a solution for yourself and move on.If they don't offer a service you need, remember that you're an adult and have means of finding who does.I'll keep giving my business here!”

“They went above and beyond to help me today. My mail box was taken down at my apartment complex and due to be replaced. Meanwhile I was waiting for very important tax documents. When I went in they not only listen to my concerns about where my mail would be delivered but they even sent a carrier to my front door with those very important documents as soon as they came in. Thanks again for your help.”
“Flew in with five minutes till closing. Needed to get passport photos taken urgently. Was excited that Fedex actually does them. And in fact also. Who knew? MICHAL was exceptionally swift and helpful. We had those photos done and printed and cut to specifications and I was out the door over closing but they were wrapping up with another client as well so it was fine. Very efficient, professional, courteous, exemplary customer service. Everything you hope for from a Fedex Store.”

“Whenever I have to ship out a package this is the place I go. Friendly staff, you can print out shipping labels, they even custom pack things for you. One of the best parts is that they give you the lowest price possible. They have international shipping including domestic for carriers. The carriers are as included USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.”
“Let's ignore the (sometimes) very long line and concentrate on the friendly, respectful staff at the counter. My last visit definitely merited 5 stars, but there wasn't a line, so I'm already in a good mood before getting service. Staff member, Tim, was as usual efficient, friendly and helpful. The USPS is unusual in the US. It's not owned and operated to benefit corporate greed. It's a service that should be cherished and appreciated.”

“Excellent experience with the lovely passport agent! I was applying for my son's first US passport, and the process was extremely quick and efficient. We were out of the building five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Made the appointment online and received plenty of communication about which documents I needed to bring, as well as a reminder of the appointment early this morning. The website stated that the appointment would be about 15 minutes, but we were in the office for maybe five.”
“You can only drop off pre paid packages and mail here, but this has better hours than most other full post offices, and the staff are really friendly. I don't understand people posting random complaints about their mail delivery to this post office location.”

“The postmaster listens and tries to address delivery issues plus does deliveries as they are short staffed. We do not receive all of our mail order deliveries and it is an ongoing issue. We share our house number with a house on Oregon Street and there are some issues with packages being delivered to the wrong house. Over all, there are issues, and I think the service is adequate even if inconvenient from time to time.”
