“Stacy was great! I was in a huge pickle and she got me all squared away even with my baby being fussy she was cool, calm, and collected and got me taken care of. Thank you Stacy!”

“The person working in front was very friendly. The store was very clean. Overall, it was very pleasant visiting the store for the first time. I plan to return for my next visit.”

“Two hours before my passport appointment for my sons, the post office let me know their camera was broken and suggested we go to fed ex on Beltline in Springfield. I knew (and any parent of an autistic child knows) this was going to be a disaster at best.

We got there and I ran in and explained my situation. Said I had an 18 year old as well as an autistic 7 year old that needed pictures quickly, as we had just found out the post office could not take them. Katie got my 18 year old in and out no problem, and hung with me as we tried to get the 7 year old to look at the camera, hold still, and not show his teeth. These is a Japanese saying ( 網の目に風とまらず) or you can’t catch wind in a net. This idea is pretty similar to trying to get a passport photo from my seven year old.

Katie didn’t give up, was so kind, patient, and wonderful, when I’m sure she had 50 other things she needed to be doing. She just rolled right our craziness like it was a normal Tuesday. Having a generally loud autistic child, we don’t usually get this amount of kindness and Katie deserves to be commended for it. Fed Ex needs to give her a raise.”

“I was surprised to see such negative reviews for my go-to post office! I love visiting the Gateway location because parking is usually abundant, and the people there have been in the postal business for a long time and can answer any question.”

“I have a PO Box so am here frequently. The staff is always friendly. On occasion I have had a missing package but allowing for human error & giving grace, everything was found within a couple days. Once, someone had to physically look at images of all the packages which had arrived on a particular day in order to find my tiny package that had been mismarked. Another time, a priority envelope sent to me was incorrectly addressed & had been to Portland & back & was stuck in a loop because of the insufficient address. A call was made to the distribution office & I was able to collect the envelope! Being understaffed, I appreciate that such attention was given! I like that it's a small office and that I am known. Presents a small town feel.”

“Amazing, welcoming staff. Jordan is a rockstar. Confirmed all my decisions with copying and lamination as we worked through my order. Ample places to sit while I waited. Affordable prices. Will come back to this location again!”

“First, our mail delivery people are great. The office was a bit tricky to figure out. Hope my pictures help someone else.

The office:
There are only 2 handicap parking spaces and 1 normal one. It looks like everyone else parks in the mud… So this means jumping the curb or driving over a crosswalk. The curb is all red Fire Lane by the retirement facility, so no parking along there.
Anyway, they open at 11, and it’s just a postal pickup window for missed delivery pink slips.

As far as the delivery, my packages are often early, sometimes late. But when it’s pouring rain, they put them in plastic bags before setting them by the door. Never had anyone do this, but it is so greatly appreciated. They’re friendly out our way. Sometimes packages are a bit worse for wear, but when those boxes come from far away, I know MANY hands have touched them, so I’m not blaming my delivery crew. I think we’re pretty lucky in the delivery department. And I’m almost always here, so when the dog sees them, I do. They’re always prompt and respectful. So thank you for that.”
