“I have been a patron of this place for years, for everything from printing bulk flyers or individual papers to fingerprinting, purchasing local art and packing/mailing packages. Megan truly goes above and beyond and the other employees are great as well. They literally make you feel like family. There has never been a time when the staff has erred or been unhelpful to me, and whenever I'm in, no matter what time of day, I see so many people like me who are return customers on first-name basis with the staff -- because most folks who use this place for any service never go anywhere else for shipping/packing/printing ever again. I absolutely could not recommend them enough. Frankly anybody who has left a nasty review for this place probably has a cursed personality.”

“Very Helpful as they were able to get my Christmas Gifts shipped across the country for a very reasonable price. I will use them for other packages in the future.”
“This store is such a local gem. Wonderful, friendly customer service. Madison helped me this morning with my daughter's birthday party invitations. She even helped with some minor layout and formatting issues as well, no questions asked. Thank you!”
“This place is filled with some of the most wonderful and competent employees in town! They make life so much easier for those of us technically challenged folks who need copying done! They make magic happen! So grateful!”

“These guys are amazing! Darren and Jack as well as Darren’s Wife go above and beyond to make sure the customers are always satisfied. Save yourself from the stress of other standard shipping services in Eugene and come on down and support.”
“I have a PO Box so am here frequently. The staff is always friendly. On occasion I have had a missing package but allowing for human error & giving grace, everything was found within a couple days. Once, someone had to physically look at images of all the packages which had arrived on a particular day in order to find my tiny package that had been mismarked. Another time, a priority envelope sent to me was incorrectly addressed & had been to Portland & back & was stuck in a loop because of the insufficient address. A call was made to the distribution office & I was able to collect the envelope! Being understaffed, I appreciate that such attention was given! I like that it's a small office and that I am known. Presents a small town feel.”
“I went in there with 4 big boxes, i was shipping them from oregon to texas. I arrived by taxi, with open boxes to ship. They had a cart ready for me to use to bring my boxes in. The clerk weighed and measured each box, i offered to buy tape so I could take the boxes to closed. But the clerk said that he would handle it. He questioned me about some of the conditions of the boxes and I answered them so that he knew just how he had taped them up. About a week later my box is arrived at my sisters unharmed.”
“Every time I went to the post office and went to the post clerks, they treated me with respect and courtesy. At times when the waiting lines were extremely long, they continued to be courteous and helpful! They do the very best they can in tense situations!”
“Overall, Central Transport is a great place to work, offering not only excellent pay but also a supportive and enriching environment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to advance their career while being part of a fantastic team!”

“Excellent experience with the lovely passport agent! I was applying for my son's first US passport, and the process was extremely quick and efficient. We were out of the building five minutes before my scheduled appointment. Made the appointment online and received plenty of communication about which documents I needed to bring, as well as a reminder of the appointment early this morning. The website stated that the appointment would be about 15 minutes, but we were in the office for maybe five.”
“First, our mail delivery people are great. The office was a bit tricky to figure out. Hope my pictures help someone else.
The office:
There are only 2 handicap parking spaces and 1 normal one. It looks like everyone else parks in the mud… So this means jumping the curb or driving over a crosswalk. The curb is all red Fire Lane by the retirement facility, so no parking along there.
Anyway, they open at 11, and it’s just a postal pickup window for missed delivery pink slips.
As far as the delivery, my packages are often early, sometimes late. But when it’s pouring rain, they put them in plastic bags before setting them by the door. Never had anyone do this, but it is so greatly appreciated. They’re friendly out our way. Sometimes packages are a bit worse for wear, but when those boxes come from far away, I know MANY hands have touched them, so I’m not blaming my delivery crew. I think we’re pretty lucky in the delivery department. And I’m almost always here, so when the dog sees them, I do. They’re always prompt and respectful. So thank you for that.”
“The postmaster listens and tries to address delivery issues plus does deliveries as they are short staffed. We do not receive all of our mail order deliveries and it is an ongoing issue. We share our house number with a house on Oregon Street and there are some issues with packages being delivered to the wrong house. Over all, there are issues, and I think the service is adequate even if inconvenient from time to time.”
