She called me personally to make sure everything would be ready for my arrival, quickly helped with my lock, access, refund, and lease paperwork, and was incredibly responsive the entire time. You rarely get this kind of customer service anymore — it genuinely felt like family treatment. Super helpful, caring, and professional. Highly recommend!”

“From the first phone call I made when Steve talked to me about what was available and held a spot for a few days while I made my way to Oregon from Texas to help my mother move until my third (and I hope for a while at least final!) trip to our new storage locker, my experience with Storage Depot in Dallas was excellent.
