“I've been storing items with them for over 2 years, and physically go there once every 1-2 months. Every single time I've gone, I'm impressed. It's very clean inside the buildings and in the driving/parking areas, all the lights are bright and functioning (none blinking!) and provide plenty of light to see inside the units. Very nice smooth floors, and a very nice dolly and door stop are provided. Great fences, landscaping, office hours, responsive, and professional. I've never had an issue with security, billing, access or pests. The doors seem very strong and in excellent condition. The entry and exit gates and keypads have also always been in excellent condition and working order. My only negative would be multiple rate increases, but that's the case for every sector it seems. I would not consider moving units after being here - I can't think of a single thing they could improve.”
