“A couple of weeks ago we called AAA for someone to tow an old scooter my boyfriend and I were restoring. Lando from Crown Towing & Repair arrived quickly. In addition to being friendly and personable, he took great care to make sure the scooter was securely attached to his truck in such a way that it would not tip over and be further damaged. We asked questions which he answered knowledgably.
The tow was from North Porth to outer Southeast and Lando made sure to confirm the delivery address before heading out. We drove separately and he arrived just minutes after we did.
I would highly recommend this young man for future tow jobs due to his responsible care of our property and for his excellent customer service.”

I had a belt shred on my way out of town Fri afternoon of Labor Day weekend. Luckily I was able to drive to Hi-Tech. One of the mechanics was kind enough to take a moment to check it out even though he was busy. I love supporting family run businesses as they tend to be more friendly and attentive, which they definitely are. Since they had all the parts in stock, they got my car fixed the very Next Day!! I am still amazed and grateful. The price they quoted was what they charged. I will definitely be going back for tuneups and other fixes. Thanks again!!! ??”

Trafton’s was a lifesaver so appreciative and grateful for them. Just bought a vintage 1979 VW bus and at the gas station when I open the side door, a piece on the bottom came off and it hit the ground and it wouldn’t shut. Trying to take it home to Chicago and I was able just to drop by and have them get it shut for me so that I can make the long trip home.
This is a great place warm and inviting great service!!”

“I had been in an accident on Friday (9/6/24) which resulted in a blown tire, I called Gresham Premier that Sunday because I’ve had wonderful service from them prior. Danny, answered my call, ordered my tire & had the tire in the shop within 24 hours. I called Monday explaining the nightmare of issues I had already been dealing with my car 2 weeks before (mechanic wise). He asked if I could come in Tuesday, but after explaining what I had already been dealing with, he told me to stop by at 4pm on Monday and they would take care of me. Within 15 minutes, they had my car in the back & tire replaced. With the labor & cost of a BRAND NEW TIRE, including balancing and alignment, I walked out paying a beautiful price of $140. I seriously will NEVER go anywhere else when it comes to my tires. I’ve had them give me an envelope full of business cards so that I can hand them out to people I know. I even have family come up from Southern Oregon for their tires and prices because they are THAT AMAZING. Seriously, I may brag too much about you guys ;)

“As a loyal customer for the better part of a decade, my experience has been mostly positive. While not the cheapest place around, I appreciate their attention to detail. I let them do my oil changes mainly for the included bumper to bumper inspection. They check things that I might not take the time for or possibly wouldn't even think of. They stand behind their work and I never worry about my vehicle while it's in their possession. If I need to leave it with them, there's usually someone available to run me home and back. For top notch maintenance, I recommend giving them a shot. I'm only holding off on giving them five stars until a recent billing issue can be resolved.”

“I’ve gone this shop probably over 10 times in the last three years and I always get the best top of Line Service whether it’s a screw in my tire or oil change or new battery!
This is a local family business that has been at that location in the business for nearly I think over 50 years and there are really good salt of the Earth people!
Not only do they provide high-quality service, but they also don’t overcharge and get very fair pricing for all of their services and especially their!
They always help struggling people and do their best to be involved in the community by sponsoring various sports teams!
I also really love the transparency, chill vibe yet professional atmosphere and their willingness to do everything they can to fit you in, as soon as possible!
As a woman, I also feel truly respected and they don’t try to play some weird games and do double talk and dismiss me or treat me like I don’t know anything about mechanical repairs, even though, I don’t know very much about cars however, I always feel like I get a bit of education, but in a non-condescending way when I leave there!
I know right drivers go and get their vehicles inspected there and if there are problems, they will work with you to get them done that works with your budget!
For some reason, whenever drive over unfinished/unpaved roads, I often end up with a screw or nail in my tire and Kelly has repaired them all three times at no cost, which is excellent and then I just go and order them their favorite pizza down at Vinny’s!
I recently needed new tires and I whole whole bunch of mechanical work so I ended up going down to work Kelly the owner is now working down in Milwaukee and once again I had a wonderful and very satisfactory experience and I always feel like my cars are being well taken care of by Kelly and the Browns family in general!
I’ve grown to deeply respect Kelly and Brian and if you’re in need of a no nonsense mechanic and or new tires- I highly recommend visiting or calling this shop!

“Same Day Auto has been great to me and my 2010 Prius. I initially landed there because Toyota told me that I had about $1000 of things I needed taken care of. I asked around and somebody suggested Same Day Auto. They looked over my car and found it really the only thing that needed to be done on the list that Toyota gave me, was the transmission fluid. And they were right it was very dark and black.
They are fairly priced. I always check online to see what the average price of repairs are when something needs to be done (which isn’t often bc, ya know, it’s a Prius), and they are in that range. It’s great to have a place I can go that I trust. And even though I’m not much of a soda drinker, I love that little stocked fridge they have in the waiting area. :)”

While it wasn't a major concern, I wanted peace of mind since I had a road trip planned. They got me in and out within an hour. After a quick checkup, they confirmed that my car was fine and there were no issues. Although I was quoted $60, their internet was down, and they generously said it was free.
