“I typically go here. Anytime I go anywhere else it’s an awful experience. They have a very nice staff always. I went to valvoline last time and the guy was so rude to me because I didn’t want him to change my coolant. Was trying to charge me over 100$ and when I denied it treated me like a stupid woman and had such an attitude towards me. So I’ll stick with jiffy lube. Great service great staff and never an attitude. Thanks.”

I was quoted a standard tire package during a weekend appointment. Due to their in-store product availability we had to reschedule. Arriving on the rescheduled day, they had an error with their delivery service. Instead of rescheduling again, they provided an upgraded package option with a discount that was basically at the same rate as the standard package quote and throughly explained the invoice in detail. This team is great to work with.”
