Service was efficient and they were so honest, I was blown away. I have rarely encountered that as a customer in this industry. I left very satisfied with their services and not once felt taken advantage of which has happened to me a lot in the past being a young woman. 10/10 place, would highly recommend! I remember the names Blair and Garrett but there was another worker too that I'm blanking the name of, but thank you guys so much! I have definitely found my go-to shop for all services they cover.”

“I brought in my hand truck today for a tire repair (I believe it came off the rim). I was assisted by Noah who was very kind to assess the problem and repair it. This tool is essential to me as I'm unable to lift heavy items (I was injured on the job in healthcare and I'm no longer supposed to lift over 30 pounds) and it's difficult to get assistance when you live alone. When I went to pick up the item there was NO CHARGE. I'm still in shock and was on the verge of tears at this act of kindness. I feel like everywhere nickel and dimes you these days and everything is just so expensive everywhere. I'm struggling to survive myself to the point I've not even gotten my winter tires put on yet due to that cost. Thank you Noah and Les Schwab (honorable mention to the gal at the front desk who checked me out, sorry I didn't catch her name, she fixed my last name for me which has been wrong since 2009, thank you). It really means a lot and essentially NO businesses are doing this anymore so THANK YOU. I made my appointment to get my winter tires put on because you guys deserve my business over anyone else and I figure prevention is key (better than a big repair and medical bills if I were in an accident due to inclement weather). I second the review below. COSTCO SUCKS. Don't purchase your tires there. Their service used to be fine (at first) but now it is terrible and I'd rather pay more to be assisted at Les Schwab. Even if you have an appointment you will wait 2-3 HOURS to have your tire change over completed STANDING UP (and I had to do this after just having surgery last time, tmi, sorry).. Thank you again Les Schwab, Noah, and the nice check out gal at the front desk 12/8/2023.”

“I took my VW Routan in twice for two unrelated problems..new radiatir/thermostat. Then on another visit my heater core hose and valve replacement. They were very courteous, professional and even showed me the problem under the hood. I didn't have a ride so they dropped me off at home (3 miles away) and picked me up the next day. Ithe shop and lobby are very clean and I would highly recommend this repair shop.”
