I don't know much about car issues or parts to be replaced but whatever my BMW has the PMW staff is great at explaining!! It is such a seamless experience to use their services! It is actually a JOY to interact with them!

The staff at PMW is excellent. Niles and the other mechanics are knowledgable, thorough and ready to address any question whether big or small. I wouldn’t take my BMWs to be serviced anywhere else in PDX.
