“I was kinda surprised with a bi-mart funny story. My kid needed a restroom and other places we go they do not have one. So I went to this bi-mart, but they required membership, so I signed up just to use their restroom. But i actually like it, and I will come back.”

Came in on 3/2/24 to buy snow chains. The sizing on the products was ambiguous, and one of the employees, Todd, went WAY out of his way to make sure I got the right chains for my tires. I never regret going in to a Bimart, and this one apparently rocks especially hard.”

“I really did kind of have a bad experience here at first, but Nadia, one of the pharmacists, basically saved the day for me and I guess also my life? Lol I have pneumonia. They know me very well at this pharmacy at this point. Nadia listened to me and was so so kind to me. She did an override of my Amoxicillin because I do need a new dosage. New dosage, makes it a new prescription. Instead of having to wait 2 days for it to run through insurance, I get them today because of Nadia! (The previous tech would not do this I guess or I’m not sure what was going on with Kathy last night on 4/15/25). I appreciate Nadia so much. Thank you Nadia! ??”
“I rarely have to wait long, but I suggest going either right when it opens (at 8 or 9am, depending on the day) or an hour or two before the end of the day (either 6 or 7pm, depending on the day) for better efficiency.
OTC medications available at lower prices than other retail pharmacies.
Plenty of seating for the wait. Tip: always order ahead if possible.
Customer service has always been good during my visits.”

“Im excited to have a local independent pharmacy nearby. They are going through some changes, and had to adjust hours and bring on and train new staff. Apart from those bunps I'm overall happy. Love how many languages they speak! However there's been a couple times where there just felt like a level of disorganization and confusion that had been frustrating. Its happened about 2 times in the 8 months ive been a customer.”

“I miss Neal and Twee, I have been Using this pharmacy ever since the store was built and had good luck until last week. I try to sign up for a covid shot and it would not take my entry when I came to the state. I called a store that Friday and the person there said if I come in at 10 they can help me Saturday. I came in at 10 and the pharmacist said I would have to make an appointment, I explained to her what happened and that the person that answered the phone told me to come in at 10. She acted like I was lying to her and it insulted me. I got my shots at Costco with no wait.I have decided to give them another chance.”
“Loved the store. Everybody has been telling me about Fred Myers I’m from Texas. We don’t have them, but we do have Kroger, which is similar. And owned by the same company I think but they sure don’t have the same website when ordering to go groceries, I found Fred Meyer‘s to be very difficult to maneuver and finally gave up.”
