“5 star service. Roy was honest with the repair issue and found the actual problem. I was quoted 3000+ at another location for my a/c. He found the problem- fixed it for 1/2 the amount. When I picked my car up, there were treats in it! I just got a thank you letter in the mail. In these days.. this kind of service is few and far between. I will never take my car anywhere else. The receptionist was also amazing (I can't remember her name) I highly recommend this place. Don't buy a new car, go see Roy!”

“Finally a shop you can trust! Everybody and anybody listen up. These guys are honest and they know their stuff. This shop has been open for over 30 years and the same owner is here. They tell it like it is and they put in good parts and they won't put in anything they don't stand behind. They have a 2-year warranty and if they can't stand behind that they won't install any parts in your transmission. And the service and pricing have been excellent. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They have worked on two of my vehicles and the service and quality has been consistent. They are also proactive. On one vehicle, there's a design flaw in that the computer is literally resting on top of the transmission which gets super hot. Over the years the heat fries the computer and then you have to replace the computer. They let me know about it ahead of time and they moved the computer to a safer location a number of inches away. Just one example of how they care about doing good work and are less concerned about making a buck on every transaction. They saved me future time and money by doing this.”

“I've had my brakes done, an oil change, and a radiator replaced here. Jr. has always been very friendly & knowledgeable. The shop is a bit messy and can be a little off-putting, but I will continue bringing my car here when I need a good mechanic. And there's a great pub across the street to grab lunch while waiting.”
“Had a spark plug pop and the head needed to have a metal insert put in to hold the plug they had it done in a couple hours staff were really good to work with courteous and the price was fair have a steering problem I can't quite diagnose so I plan on taking my back to them because I believe they are a trustworthy shop”

The communication was incredible. The technician we had was Jon, got in diagnosed the problem and saved us money by seeing if some of the parts are salvageable, which they were. Car was towed there late Monday afternoon around 4 and got a call today
